It's a shame having to write this review. I had been a customer about 10 years. Ever since moving to Lodi. I loved the tripe it was crunchy flavorful and tasted fresh and clean. Almost tasted like chicharron. Yesterday I ignored my instincts. The lady asked a guy if he got the tripe? The man proceeded to go into the bed of his truck and take out two clear bins of tripe that were definitely not properly cooled. When I recieved my burrito and sat down to eat it in my car the tripe was slimy, smelled off and was not at all what I expect from this place. I continued to finish the burrito and last night as well as today I am puking and deficating my guts out. Sad to say I will never be coming back. Lesson learned? Trust your instincts.

I’m sorry but where have ya’ll been getting your burritos?? I may be a gringa. But I’ve lived in California my entire life and Mexican food is as much a staple as any food I eat. This was, I hate to be so mean, but the worst. We did two burritos, nachos and a carne asada torta. Let me start with the nachos. MF’n cheap tostido store bought chips. Like, I’ve never! At a legit spot??! They used liquid cheese as well. Which I’m cool with. But like, at a ballgame or a snack shack. Not a legit Mexican food truck. My torta, low on meat, whole ass like quarter pieces of onion. The burritos were the most passable. But certainly not to the level a Californian is used to. So a 4.7? How? Had I not spent your usual fortune to order out, maybe I would have just let this one go. But they’re charging your usual amount for something you could get better literally anywhere else. Maybe I’m missing something. But fair warning. This is not 4.7 qual. I gave them 2 only because the people working there were friendly and they offer online ordering.

By far the best taco truck in Lodi. The food is always so flavorful and the salsas are next level. The birria, tacos, and quesadilla are my favorites. The tortillas are far superior to other Lodi taco trucks. The service is top notch as well. They are always friedly. I love that I can order ahead as well on DoorDash for pick up or have it delivered.

I got a burrito here asked for salsa on the side and they put it in the burrito, thing is I don’t eat the salsa anymore because it gives me heartburn, also I got it on the side for my co workers burrito so he can have it. I took it back they replaced the order, but the food is mediocre.
