I have never been done dirty by little cesars until tonight. why did you guys think it was okay to throw salt all over my pretzel pizza....and then give it to us like this... everything was too salty. we tried to save it by scraping off the salt but it had already seeped into the pizza...this was so disappointing

Called in to place my order spoke with a male named Ed might have been given a fake name. However, before i was even done placing my order he gave me my total... I advised him maybe he should wait and listen to the customer until i was done before hand because i was not done. So he charge me a 2nd tax on an order of wings. His excuse was the lobby was full he had a long day it's been busy and he was tired. Bad customer service if he was my employee i would write him up or let him go. This was ridiculous to hear if I was his boss i would be embarrassed.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this establishment. I placed an order for a cheese pizza and was instead delivered a pepperoni pizza. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.
When I called to address the issue, I was told that I would need to bring the incorrect pizza back so they could “confirm” that my order was wrong. This response not only implied doubt in my honesty as a customer but also demonstrated a complete lack of accountability on their part.
Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience and making it right promptly, the burden was placed entirely on me to correct their error. This level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction is disappointing and reflects poorly on the team’s training and priorities.
I will be reconsidering any future orders from this location unless there is a serious improvement in their customer service and professionalism.

Love their pizza and they don't mess it up like the others in town service is hit and miss some days they have a great friendly crew and the nights the crew look and act like they hate their entire life and are very short with u and super rude . But there's been improvement . 🍕 Pizza is good here tho
