Tried to cancel my order, was contacted by a representative who took my info and stated she would give it to customer support and they would contact me to discuss refund options. Now it's a day later and still no word from them. They obviously don't want to refund anyone. Be sure you really want to order from this company, because if you change your mind, forget about getting your money back.
Someone at Loveberries typed in the wrong address for my girlfriend's birthday present. They shipped the gift to me instead of my friend. She never recieved the VERY expensive berries I gifted her and Loveberries refuses to make it right.
