LVVRWell, I love champagne, so I’m a bit picky. My bride and I decided to do a little wine tasting today on our 34th anniversary. What a lovely stop LVVR turned out to be. I prefer dry rather than sweet champagne. The Blanc de Blancs, Brut and Barbera Reserve fit that bill perfectly. Even the Demi-sec wasn’t over-the-top sweet.
