The fries are not fresh, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the crust at the ends is super stale and there is no ketchup and no napkins. The person taking my orders speaks very fast and you can even understand what are they saying thru the speaker.

Was shopping at Wal-Mart needed a bite before 45 minute drive to rural county where I live. My wife is sitting in car with air conditioning going to keep the food cool from store. Go into brand new McDonalds to the counter to place order. One person in front of me placed order, great no wait or so I thought. The lady behind the counter disappeared for 5 minutes, when I spotted her and asked if she could take my order she told me no that I would have place it at the Kiosk. I was confused the person before me had placed his order there and would have placed my order at the Kiosk 5 minutes earlier if having been informed of the situation. So the lady showed me the Kiosk and asked if I wanted her to place my order and I accepted. When she was done she told me to pay and that a receipt would print from the Kiosk, so I tapped card but no receipt was forthcoming. Then I looked for her assistance but again she disappeared for another 5 minutes. I then went up to pick up window to try to get some assistance but was ignored by 3 different employees. Finally got the attention of the original lady and explained to her the situation, she replied nonchalantly uh-uh at which I asked to speak to a manager. In the process of getting a Manager a young man in the restaurant decided that he was going to make it his business the issues that I was experiencing not to help mind you but to escalate. So when the manager arrived instead of trying to de-escalate the situation or ask how she could help she tells me I should lower my voice no mention to the young man that is also raising his voice. At this point I see this going nowhere fast and I request her Manager. Then I explain to her the situation and at this point just request a refund for the order. She gets on the terminal and produces what I think is refund receipt. Two hours later at home I realize it is the original receipt of said food order. The food which I canceled. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times at which after several rings my call was disconnected. Finally after additional 10 minutes past tried calling again and who answered the Manager "Gina". Explained to her the situation she replied I must now drive 45 minutes one way to receive my refund, no apologies even though she was the manager that failed to refund my money when originally requested earlier in the day. So drive 45 minutes to get refund, Gina is sitting in booth when I walk in and makes a bee line for back of restaurant. At this point my wife has had enough after the clerk at counter says Gina is on a break and demands to be taken care of right then and there. Finally received my refund and wanted to share my experience at this fine dining establishment. Been to a thousand fast food restaurants over my 60 years, but have never had the disrespect and contempt shown to me as was displayed at this McDonalds "Not loving it".

Only two workers around 9pm three cars in drive through walked inside for just 1 icee they took 35min to get a simple icee

Horrible experience. I don't ask for much at fast food. And I never thought I would review a fast food place. But o man it is bad here.
We stopped in last minute for a quick breakfast before a road trip to save time. (Bad mistake) it felt dirty and dingy. Weird because its a brand new location.
The kid there didn't give us ketchup, (they don't have an open ketchup area)
so when I asked for some a few minutes later. He disappeared. (We're the only customers in restaurant)
Five minutes later I saw him making an effort to bring some packets to the table, (we're pretty much done with food) as soon as he was walking to us, he went back to the register to wait for an incoming family coming back. It would've taken him five seconds to drop the ketchup off at table.
Anywho, felt like we were in the twilight zone in there. Common sense isn't so common at this location.
Go to the one by the freeway
2 mins away. Waited 30 mins and didn’t get my food. Ordered on the app to make things go faster and still waited and watched other people pull up and get there food before me because they went inside to complain about the time. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you still have to get out of the car and tell them what you want to get your food. seemed unorganized and not helpful when needed to cancel order. Told to return the next day. Corporate needs to allow cancellation at the store the same day. Even if it’s an online order. Waisting time two days in a row now.
Also. Why are the pickup locations spread apart and not in the same place? Makes it more confusing for your customers. Keep them all together. You have the spots for it.

I've ordered curbside pickup three times at this location. Two of those times I had to go into the restaurant to get my order, because they never came out. And both of those times I found my order just sitting there. The moral of the story is don't order curbside from this location.

I ordered 2 large fries and they gave me medium instead. I called to complain but I guess i called another location because the next day when i went to pick them up, the lady at the first window said they don’t even have a phone number. I explained to the manager at the second window. She said she’d only replace 1 large fry because I received the 2 medium fries. Very inconvenient. The only positive thing I have to say is the lady who brought out the fries to me was very nice and had very good customer service. I wish I would’ve got her name. She was an African American lady with glasses.

Walked in with my family for dinner and noticed how small the dining area was. No one else was inside besides two employees talking to each other at the counter. Every single table had leftover food and or trash still on them. One table had a mess of ketchup and fries on the floor. While I was ordering at the kiosk, my wife came up and said there wasn't one clean table for us to sit at. I looked around, and just decided we should leave. These franchise owners are just determined to make McDonald's a strictly drive thru experience and don't want people to dine there. This location is new, and it's already on my list of places to avoid.

Did not know you could mess up a 20 piece nugget this bad. I think they microwaved 5 of the nuggets fried 5 and over fried 10 spicy nuggets even though we didnt ask for spicy nuggets. The only thing they got right was the piping hot fries which were good.

This is McDonald's deserves a solid three-star review. The food was reasonably good. Service was a little slow given it's a fast food restaurant. The workers seemed very friendly. The french fries did not seem especially fresh. They weren't stale, but they weren't golden and crispy. This McDonald's is in a relatively new area, and a convenient 5-minute walk from the Marriott hotel properties across the street.
