Everytime I go they always have the worst attitude and bad customer service. on top of that they always forget to give me atleast one item from my order. They get mad when I ask for napkin, utensils or just some sauce.

The fries are not fresh, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the crust at the ends is super stale and there is no ketchup and no napkins. The person taking my orders speaks very fast and you can even understand what are they saying thru the speaker.

Was shopping at Wal-Mart needed a bite before 45 minute drive to rural county where I live. My wife is sitting in car with air conditioning going to keep the food cool from store. Go into brand new McDonalds to the counter to place order. One person in front of me placed order, great no wait or so I thought. The lady behind the counter disappeared for 5 minutes, when I spotted her and asked if she could take my order she told me no that I would have place it at the Kiosk. I was confused the person before me had placed his order there and would have placed my order at the Kiosk 5 minutes earlier if having been informed of the situation. So the lady showed me the Kiosk and asked if I wanted her to place my order and I accepted. When she was done she told me to pay and that a receipt would print from the Kiosk, so I tapped card but no receipt was forthcoming. Then I looked for her assistance but again she disappeared for another 5 minutes. I then went up to pick up window to try to get some assistance but was ignored by 3 different employees. Finally got the attention of the original lady and explained to her the situation, she replied nonchalantly uh-uh at which I asked to speak to a manager. In the process of getting a Manager a young man in the restaurant decided that he was going to make it his business the issues that I was experiencing not to help mind you but to escalate. So when the manager arrived instead of trying to de-escalate the situation or ask how she could help she tells me I should lower my voice no mention to the young man that is also raising his voice. At this point I see this going nowhere fast and I request her Manager. Then I explain to her the situation and at this point just request a refund for the order. She gets on the terminal and produces what I think is refund receipt. Two hours later at home I realize it is the original receipt of said food order. The food which I canceled. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times at which after several rings my call was disconnected. Finally after additional 10 minutes past tried calling again and who answered the Manager "Gina". Explained to her the situation she replied I must now drive 45 minutes one way to receive my refund, no apologies even though she was the manager that failed to refund my money when originally requested earlier in the day. So drive 45 minutes to get refund, Gina is sitting in booth when I walk in and makes a bee line for back of restaurant. At this point my wife has had enough after the clerk at counter says Gina is on a break and demands to be taken care of right then and there. Finally received my refund and wanted to share my experience at this fine dining establishment. Been to a thousand fast food restaurants over my 60 years, but have never had the disrespect and contempt shown to me as was displayed at this McDonalds "Not loving it".
