Incredible everytime I come to this location they park me. McDonald's is a fast food service. Key word FAST. Why do I have to wait 10 minutes on top of the wait in drive thru line for food. And the saddest part is they still can't get the order right. Blows my mind

I go to McDonald's on my lunch. Because it's close and it's fast. But the way that the people there put the hamburgers and stuff together, it's like a two-year-old, did it, you'll need to step up your game.
Ordered breakfast on mobile app. Got to restaurant at 10:10. Waited 15 minutes just to get to the speaker. Got to speaker and waited another 5 minutes for anyone to come across it. They even asked if I’d been helped yet cause no one knows what’s going on in there clearly. By that time it was 10:31am. So he tells me my mobile order can’t be made. I said but I’ve been here for 20 minutes already. They didn’t care. Just told me to go in the app for a refund. Now I have to wait another ten minutes just to get out of this long line and go home empty handed. Oh and I have to wait 7 days for a refund. Cmon guys…you know this isn’t ok. This place sucks!

This place last night was a joke put so much sauce on the wraps you couldn't eat it and all it had was chicken nothing else.Spoke with Asst Mgr he didn't give a crap.He needs to be retrained.Have tried calling 10 times this morning just get a busy signal.My husband ordered and 5 other people came in after him ordered and got there food beforehand re him.All he ordered was 2 snack wraps 2 chs burgers and a fry.You couldn't even eat the wraps as I said above so much sauce it ruined it it was to hot.Ruined all r dimmer wanted money

The worst experience at a McDonalds I’ve ever been through. “JEMINA” not sure if that’s correct spelling, could be a G to start her name because no one in that store has a name tag! Nonetheless she’s the worst manager at a McDonalds I’ve ever seen. Something needs to happen because she’s in the downtown/heart of city of Lodi Ca.. made an order and she gave me such a hard time and my order was on the counter with my order #. Seen it and said that’s it right there. She didn’t want to help me whatsoever before that. The food was already paid for she tried to blame the app. But the app wasn’t wrong. Grabbed my food but won’t ever come to this location EVER AGAIN

Shittest customer service from any McDonald’s in Lodi. Placed a breakfast order, waited in line for 15 minutes, pulled up to the speaker and waited another 5 minutes, it’s now 10:32 and they say “if it’s breakfast we’re canceling the order” no other options. I park, go inside to confirm the order is cancelled before I go spend $40 elsewhere and the two separate customers in front of me are able to order breakfast at 10:38, I ask if I’m still able to order breakfast and the employee says yes.

Terrible experiences they always get your order wrong and the guy manager with the tattoos is very terrible he says he’s been working there for 10 years but I think he needs to retire because he was very rude and also don’t know if he’s racist because he was being terrible to my husband when my husband was very calm and respectful but never coming here again all over a monopoly sticker they didn’t want to give me and the fries that were supposed to be large they gave me a medium used to work here and I would always be respectful to everyone no matter what definitely worth 0 stars if I could.

Manager, Rebecca is disrespectful, rude always unhappy when I go in there. Be Little’s here associates in front of customers. Very unprofessional with her employees.
Placed an order on DoorDash and surprise surprise, some items were missing. None of my drinks were sent. And neither were 2 caramel frappes. And for icing on the cake, the apple slices for my granddaughters meal, were not included.
