I had a pretty rough experience at this McDonald's last month.
I went through the drive-thru, and honestly, the lady on the mic was extremely rude. She said something I couldn't understand, and when I asked her to repeat it, her tone was totally uncalled for.
When I got to the window, she had a mask on, which explained why I couldn't hear her clearly. Still, that's no excuse for the attitude.
I ended up telling her that her behavior was unnecessary. Hopefully, this was just a one-off, but it definitely left a bad impression.

if i could give 0 stars i would but i saw this mexicna guy order and the asian lady got his order wrong and instead of calling someone over to help him understand him she didnt so they never gave him his fries seeing this frustrated me so bad ruined my day any logical person wouldve called someone who spoke spanish to help them fire her.

Awful experience the manager was rude and the cashier was just as rude when my disabled husband asked why the shake was watery and the manager said he would make it again but it would be the same and closed the drive thru window on him while my husband was still talking and he never made another shake his just waited a minute and brought back the same shake,never going back to that McDonald's again!!!

The employee, a guy with glasses, behaved very boorishly. At first, he directly ignored the request to open the toilet even though I had an order receipt, then refused to bring my order to the table for my order, even though I had the order number 42, he just shouted take it yourself, he didn't even put napkins there, the burger was not packed with paper and the coffee was cold. This is the first time I've been to this cafe and I won't be coming here again.

Food is always a hit or miss. Can be good, tasty and fresh, as well as cold, lightly stale, tough/rubbery texture. Using the kiosk, fine, they pretty much make you use it anyways. But when you do and you made your order and need to pay for it at the counter, it can take anywhere from 1 min to 15 min (sometimes a little more) for someone to come to the register and take your payment. And they never seem to be happy, it's more of an annoyance/inconvenience to them to come to the register to take the payment (even though it's their job and at $20/hr). They will even pretend to not hear a customer ask for something and just keep walking away, as they are in direct ear shot. Customer service can be improved 10 Fold. Respectful workers also makes respectful, happy, repetitive customers.
Dietary restrictions: They have options, you can ask where to find the dietary restrictions options/info
Kid-friendliness: No more outside/inside play place. Just indoor seating. I guess it's kid-friendly in a way, there's just nothing for kids to do but sit and eat.
