Our fries and nuggets were cold, And they acted like we were aliens for a refill on our drink. But they were nice enough to make us new fries. The nuggets we just ate instead of complaining again.

What do the drive through four times and they still did not get the order right
Went there this morning and tried to use my mobile app. Provided the code and clearly what I wanted didn't show up. Free hash brown with purchase of sausage muffin or egg sausage muffin all I see is the sandwich. They don't even acknowledge my code didn't take. So I ask them did you get my code? Yes. Well why don't I see my full order? Oh our system isn't working right now. That's it??? These kids should not be making $20 for stupidity and shitty customer service. The Wendy's down the street was my first option but for some reason they were closed. There's a million McDonald's on every other corner avoid this one. First time a McDonald's didn't still honor the code for their system error

McDonald's is just not good they swindled me $5 on my gift card and there was no one there to fix the issue. Never buy gift cards there because if there are any problems they tell to call an automated number that won't help you recover your money because you can't speak to a real person.
