I orders a BBQ BACON QPC. I got a bbq qpc no bacon even though the grill slip on the box clearly says BBQ bacon qpc. I tried calling to complain but it goes to a number with no way to leave a message to complain pretty easy to not get complaints if you don't answer the phone number you provide for complaints

I was hear today to order my breakfast I waited more than 15 minutes to order and long line customer for order but two girls on the counter but none of them ready to take orders when we asked them to take orders she said she can’t hear us. After waiting more than 20 minutes I left without ordering. Both girls are very rude.time 0830 to 0900 in the morning.

I would give this place a negative star if I could. Went in there, paid with a 50 dollar bill, left to the back to get change and they left the front desk unattended. 5 people and waited for over 10 minutes while they tried to finish a simple coffee. While another employee is tucked around a corner on the phone. Just wasting time and completing unprofessional.....I stormed out and took my loss on the coffee. Fast food used to be on the go, but you cant even get a frappe and get back on the road nowadays with stops like these.

Wanted to try there new chicken big mac. Really good.
1 start on food: Requested extra pickles on my hamburgers, stickers say extra pickles, but there were NO pickles on the burger. May be a training issue, may be a reflection issue on the current education system, I don't know, but what makes it worse (1 star for service) is that I wasn't able to get through to the restaurant to make it right and I didn't have time to drive back to the restaurant. I hope they fixt those two issues. Correct training, and make the restaurant accessible by phone.
Gave the second star (overall) because they are one of the few McDonald's that actually gave honey for the nuggets and not honey-mustard. That was a GOOD thing!!

Very bad costumer service!! We order on the self order screen and decided to pay with cash because at the moment we only bad cash. The cashier had attitude and when it was time to give me my change she said "well is bill is big so I don't think I can give change back". Also the food looked old and it was burned. When my dad placed his order they gave him thry gave him the WRONG ORDER and the food was also burned. Everyone there was very rude no manners at all and food was disgusting
