DO NOT EAT HERE!!! There was raw animal blood on my egg in the egg McMuffin! There's a danger of cross contamination here!!! The cashier was rude as well. There was an employee in and out of the bathroom. I thought it was being cleaned, but when I went in to use the bathroom. NOTHING was cleaned! All the toilets were absolutely filthy. And the employee was in one of the stalls later, but she was completely silent. Definitely not cleaning, probably texting or just sitting.

I visit this McDonald's location as it’s on the way to work. In the past, I have had mostly positive visits. As of the last year or so, I have had several negative experiences with one of the managers that leaves me concerned for the staff. Today I witnessed the staff being subjected to rude and condescending behavior by this same manager, in front of guests.Today, in the drive-thru, I was told to park up front to wait for my order, all good. When a younger kid delivered my food I noticed it was missing items. I let him know, but he didn’t want to let the manager know that I was missing items because she would yell, berate and ultimately say no to him retrieving the missing items. So I went inside to retrieve the missing items and witnessed her in action!The manager's behavior towards the staff was nothing short of appalling. She consistently belittled and berated them, using harsh and derogatory language. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct towards hard-working kids.What struck me the most was the manager's lack of empathy and understanding. She seemed completely oblivious to the impact of her words, the crowd of patrons around her and the low morale of the staff. It was evident that her behavior had created an environment of fear and anxiety. Which one of the staff confirmed to me.It’s McDonald’s, nothing will ever happen unfortunately.

The worst McDonalds to come to. The workers are very rude and they have the worst attitude. I did a mobile order to the wrong location and when I went inside to let them know, the worker said that I have to cancel it which you can’t cancel a mobile order on the app and then was very rude telling me she can’t do anything about it which they can because I’ve done it before she was just being lazy and did not want to help me. Before this incident I did a mobile order and they brought me out an empty bag with no food and when I went inside to tell them, they didn’t even apologize. They just handed me my sandwich.

Nothing worse than trying to communicate with someone who 1. Don't like their job and 2. Don't have a clue to how to communicate with the public......It helps if you have a personality and you show your customers some respect. You would be surprised at how far that will go when you are working with the public.Why isn't anyone wearing hairnets?? Long hair dangling over the food is such a turn off.The food was ok but the chocolate shake was more like a glass of chocolate milk. So disappointing!I went thru the drive thru
