It's a comfy little coffee shop with some tasty treats and good coffee. It might not be the greatest coffee on the planet, but I'm a bit of a coffee snob so don't take my word for it. The staff has always been friendly and timely in my experience. A thousand times better than Starbucks any day of the week.

Love the iced white mochas and they have the only sugar free white mocha that is still really good. To no fault of the cashiers they were not able to redeem the $5 I have on my Brew house app so if the owner knows how please show them š . Overall I love the coffee here and staff is friendly

the baristas kept on talking and we had to wait a long time at the register until we asked them to take our order. wasnāt the greatest service
We stumbled upon this place (thanks to their sign out by the sidewalk) and popped in for lunch. Great atmosphere, really nice staff. Delicious panini and Italian sodas. Cool patio. A real gem and I wish we had a cafe like this in my neighborhood in Elk Grove.

Great drink, great food, great staffā¦ā¦great atmosphereā¦ā¦.until the local 49ers wives fan club and all their damn kids showed up for a meetingā¦went from quiet peaceful ambiance to a playground with 6-8 kids all under age 8 running, screaming, climbing on everything. Not a peep from a single useless motherā¦ā¦apparently your kids are no longer your responsibility. I feel bad for the staff and any remaining customers not associated to this group.

I used to go to this place to study on weekend evenings, but I will never return after my last experience. First, one of their employees (who appeared Hispanic) denied us access to the restroom key because we hadnāt purchased anything (one of the few times we didnāt). Then, ten minutes before closing at 8 p.m., they turned up the music obnoxiously loud, seemingly trying to compete with the club next door (clearly trying to disrupt my studies). They waited for all the other customers to leave so they wouldnāt hear, and then another employee came over and informed us that the WiFi and water are only for paying customers. For the record, I was using my hotspot (they should check before assuming), and I apologize if taking two small cups of water somehow hurt their business. Iām happy to reimburse them if needed.
Iāve never encountered a coffee shop that discourages guests from socializing or studying, which is ironic considering that Brian Niccol aims to make Starbucks a welcoming place for just that. I hope everyone chooses Starbucks instead, where they gladly let you stay and offer water to any guest, regardless of whether theyāve made a purchase. Not to mention, Starbucks guests are always very warm, welcoming, and happyāqualities these two employees severely lacked.
In the past, I noticed people regularly went there to hang out, play games, and study, so Iām not sure if anyone else has had similar experiences. This was the first time I saw these two particular employees (Saturday, 9/14/24), and Iāve always had good experiences with the other staff. Regardless, Iām never returning.
Great coffee, delicious ice cream, and a fantastic breakfast menu with tasty pastries. The crew is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth trying again!
