Ordered a Medium Robber’s Roost tonight and it was the WORST PIZZA I’ve had in my life. I have ordered this pizza multiple times and have had zero issues. Today it was absolutely nasty. Also, when ordering online there’s a prompt asking how much of a tip you want to give. BEFORE they have provided any type of service? Nahhhh

They tried charging me 31 for a medium pizza,I called the kettleman location and they said only 22 bucks. Go to Kettleman location 👍

I paid 37 dollars for an undercooked pizza. I paid an additional 2 dollars for a small ranch dressing. I was told it would take 25 to 30 min. I was there within 20. My Pizza was already done and it was cold. I will never go to mountain Mike’s in Lodi ever. Worst pizza place ever. There are so many other options. Pizza Hut was always my go to. Mountain Mike’s sucks…..

i ordered a pizza to be delivered and i live 1.5 miles away. the pizza was delivered warm as if it had been sitting for a while not made to order.
after several minute of explaining my disappointment then escalating to a manager was offered 20 % off the NEXT order.

People need to be aware this ain't the same pizza from a couple years ago. 50$ for a large and some wings. Still couldn't cook it correctly. I definitely would try other local options for the price I paid.
