Upon calling the store, I placed an order for a spicy Himalayan pizza and breadsticks. However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that I had received a pepperoni and ham pizza instead of the chicken-only pizza I had ordered. I contacted the store to inquire about the possibility of returning the incorrect pizza and requesting a replacement. Unfortunately, the representative who answered my phone denied my request, stating that I had not placed the order for the chicken-only pizza. She placed me on hold for approximately 25 minutes before hanging up. Despite my attempts to call back, I was unable to reach her again.

The pizza is ok, but the wings are laughable. My finger dwarfs every wing. You would need about 50 wings to fill your belly. It's not the workers fault, its whomever buys these tiny pigeon wings.

Had a great experience. The pizza was great and so was the staff. I ordered a veggie pizza not knowing it would have cheese because I have allergic reactions to dairy and they remade me a veggie pizza with not fuss, and the pizza made my evening.

Nice friendly Mike's. Customer Service excellent. Food was delicious and actually had ingredients on it nice. Love the atmosphere reminded me of home still had the older vibe loved it. Food was speedy and delicious. Would go again and recommend.

This place is RIDICULOUS. The first time I go in and ordered 3 medium pizzas which was messed up all I got from the manager was oh sorry next you order we will give you one free. Today was WAY worse than last time. I make an order of on medium pizza with light sauce extra cheese and extra sausage. That couldn’t be made right!!!! I get light cheese heavy sauce and little sausage. My small Mount Everest pizza was supposed to be light sauce heavy cheese. That was all wrong!!!! What I got was heavy sauces heavy olives with barely any other veggies and meat. My free pizza was with heavy cheese but still heavy sauce and literally only two pieces of sausage on each slice!!!! This place has gone down hill and I shouldn’t even order when I had to deal with the rude ghetto girl answering and having me hold to hang up on my twice!!!!!!

We've made it a habit to order for pickup, and every time we walk in, the staff up front is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their customer service truly stands out. As for the pizza, it's hands down the best in all of Lodi! The quality, taste, and variety make it our go-to choice, and the prices are unbeatable for the fantastic value you get. This pizza is great. They don't cheat you on the toppings and dough is right. We went with a party of 8 and had no issues. It was not very crowded on a Sunday afternoon. The building looks a little dated but no issue at all. We had a great time. I do recommend it.

Customer service is 10/10! I find it hard to get a good to-go salad from pizzerias (not enough veggies, all lettuce). Mountain Mike’s allowed me to customize my salad and was very patient with getting the veggies I wanted in my salad. I think the price for delivery was reasonable and the food tasted amazing! Again, my biggest takeaway was their amazing customer service! Patient, kind, on point, and food was delivered quickly! I 10/10 recommend this place!P.s. I ate my food so fast, I forgot to take a pic. It just looked so appetizing!
