We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The vine is excellent! Simply a beautiful place.
Thank you Mitch for an amazing tasting experience! We must admit we’ll be enjoying our purchases and are looking forward to our club membership deliveries
I brought my girlfriend for lunch and a winetasting. We were greeted by Tracy who took us to our patio table overlooking the vineyard. She was a delight and made some great Food and Wine suggestions. Kudos to Chef! The wine tasting afterwards was so much fun, meeting others also tasting and our wine expert, Ted, was also a delight and shared the vineyard history. Thank you for the great experience and crew this afternoon!!
Elitist snobby place with good wine. No outside food allowed, can’t go on the patio unless you are a member, tastings only at the bar inside. The wine is good and the place is stunning but if you were looking for a cute relaxed tasting by the vines (and are not a member) this isn’t it. This is a commercial, spend-all-of-your-money for nice pictures, type of vineyard. There are better places for more casual and fun day trip/tastings in Lodi. Would recommend coming, walking around, take your picture, and leave.
Oak Farm was an absolute dream. They greeted us with gracious hospitality, amazing food that literally was flavorful in every bite. You will not be disappointed!
Oak Farm Vineyards has been apart of my life since 2019 getting married onsite. The service and quality of the experiences in person at the winery are amazing. The new food program speaks for itself in quality ingredients and food that pairs well with the estate wines. This is a must visit for an elevated experience - don’t pass them up.
Diner Vibes. Walked in on a beautiful Wednesday morning /11am ish and the server was just very off putting and abrasive and was basically barking at us. She looked like she belonged in some diner and her attitude was straight roadside diner. Not classy at all. Did not fit the beautiful decor one bit. At one point - realizing we weren’t being listened to whatsoever- we just left; am not rewarding awful hospitality. Too bad, we really wanted to enjoy the place. But no thank you with that Diner Lady ❌ 1 star because we didn’t even get a chance to build an experience and add more 🤷🏻♀️
Great wine and service but ,$20 each for a tasing is bit much!!!!! Especially after spending $ 140 on wine and they only waived 1 tasting fee. I’ll stay at Amador winerys where they appreciate my business!!
Good food and delicious wine testing!
We made reservations for lunch and were not disappointed! We had a larger group (7 of us) and they were super accommodating when I called to make the reservation (the website only lets you make a reservation up to 6 people). They sat us in a beautiful room (since it was raining) which really added to the experience.
The service was friendly and helpful. The food was flavorful and paired wonderfully with their wine.
I had the cassoulet dish and the chicken was so tender and juicy. Perfect lunch , not too heavy! My partner had the muffuletta, it was a bit on the saltier side for me, so if you’re sensitive to salt order something else. Others in my party had the short rib hash and raved about it. The pomegranate sorbet was so light and delectable.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back and trying other menu items, and of course, more wine! The Genevieve red blend was the group favorite.
terrible employment. rude rude rude. christina and julian was very rude. don’t come here if your looking for a good time. they are rude rude rude

Brought our son and daughter in law to Oak Farms winery to show them, what we thought from past experience, one of the better wineries. We were there for about 15 minutes, not many people there at the time. There were several servers there. Not one employee even looked at us. We were right at the counter where they serve everyone. We thought maybe we were invisible. Some people had two servers with them. Ended up leaving without even one employee talking to us. Went from there to Michael David winery where we were treated with dignity and respect. Enjoyed ourselves, the wine and the information provided about the wines. Will not return to Oak Farm☹️
Brook a host who greets you at the front counter made it perfectly cleary CHILDREN ARE NOT WELCOMED on this propertyl!
No exceptions!
She indicated it was considered a huge liability! Really, because how I understand it, I think serving alchohol to adults is a far greater liability than having your child with you as you enjoy the surroundings.
Wines are good, and nearly everyone I came into contact with was kind and polite.
We just didn't care for their policy because we were coming from our boat and didn't feel comfortable leaving our children behind and wanted to simply purchase some wine and possibly enjoy the surroundings a little longer.
I'm from out of state and visited this winery. Since the place was beautiful, and many of the tables were empty, we decided to sit outside. Because we did not have a lunch reservation we did not get any service, and instead were pushed to leave by management. I can no longer drink wine from this winery, because it reminds me of my bad experience. I do not recommend this winery, and from the reviews on yelp it seems like many others are in agreement.
Today was not a busy day as it was stated. About 90% of the tables were not occupied. There were not more than 25 people. I was the father with the DSLR camera trying to take a picture of my family. There was not extensive use of a DSLR camera. I was abruptly stopped and did not take any picture. I am not a professional photographer, but a regular dad like many of you. The reality is that this business treats people disrespectfully. I tried to order a drink for my wife and daughter and was told that we could not get it because we did not have a lunch reservation and only a wine tasting reservation. Don't go to this place. Their food menu is limited and expensive. Their wine is not that good either. Go to Jessie's Grove. They are kind and will treat your family with respect.
They will mention a treat which was never done. All we have done is post our review with our experience.
They mention a bunch of rules which are not published in their website. Here are some of the rules which we found out during our visit.
- You cannot bring a DSLR camera to take pictures of your family.
- If you do wine tasting and try to order food, we will deny serving you because you don't have a lunch reservation.
- Ordering something to drink at the table you were given is not allowed if you don't have a lunch reservation.
- If your group does not fit in one table, you are not allowed to bring another table closer.
Why are those rules not in their website? In my opinion, some of those rules can lead to discriminatory practice which is what I feel we experienced. Go to Yelp and read what other people are posting about them. Google the people that have given them 5 stars recently and see that they are in the wine business in Lodi like them. Not real customers. If we support businesses like this, they will continue with their bad practices. There are plenty of other winaries in Lodi. Do the right thing.
Went a couple of weeks ago and I cannot agree more . Staff was combative when voicing my concerns . Did not make for a good experience . And they do not respect the policy that the customer is always right . Won’t be coming back her . I left in tears
