The one star review is for online ordering, rewards program and the app. These are the primary reason why I skip Panera. No issues with the service personnel at this location.

Seems to me Panera has slipped a bit. Their bagels & croissants have shrunk! I had their asiago breakfast sandwich which was very tasty but rather small & on another day had the croissant breakfast sandwich again very tasty however the croissant was very sad looking! I think I'll seek out other bagel/croissant places for Breakfast. Service however was cheerful & excellent.

I got the chicken salad sandwich, which i order pretty often, but this time they used canned chicken and had the consistency of canned tuna. It was not good. My husband ordered the french onion soup and it didnt come with cheese. He took the food to go and didnt notice the issues until we had gotten home unfortunately.

I give it three stars because the price has become so stinkin' expensive. Also the young lady who took our order had big diamond things hanging off her lip. I have an issue with that in a business. She was pleasant enough it just looks unappealing.

I’ve grown up in this town and I can argue this place has gradually gone down hill since the pandemic. Every time I walk in there is a lack of inventory of bagels. The coffee and hot water are like warm. The product is great when it prepared right. My mom and I had a terrible experience with the wait staff to include they were getting our order wrong and change extra for it. They gave out free coffee to all the other customers. They also didn’t have great cleanliness. Needs to improve

First time here not worth the money. Had the hot Italian not much meat. Looks nothing like their commercials. Wouldn't recommend eating here if you want to be full.

Vegetarian options: Lots of choices and you can sub just about anything they make. Just make sure to check your to-go bags, before you leave. I can't tell you how many times I've assumed Everything is good only to get home and mine's MIA. :/ More than a few times!
