So fun and delicious, our server Alisha was the best, super attentive to all of our needs. It was a busy breakfast morning and she took care of every table ✨ for the food, we had to try the soups (split pea and chicken tortilla), my favorite was the chicken tortilla, but split pea was good too :) depending on the mood. Ordered the huevos rancheros, and steak eggs. The steak was cooked perfectly, very delicious juicy and tender cut. We also got a Bloody Mary, also prepared exquisitely. So if you’re in town looking for a new place to try out, you can’t go wrong with the goodies here ✨

The grounds are beautiful. We had a yummy lunch. I had half turkey sandwich and chicken tortilla soup and fruit. More than enough to fill me up. Soup was delicious with loads of chicken. Worth a trip to Lodi.

Fantastic winery with yummy upscale wines and delicious home style food. Visited with girlfriends on way to an event in Roseville and it didn’t disappoint. The gentleman who poured the tastings was personable, professional and knowledgeable of wines. He really went above and beyond and made our tasting experience a fun one. We all kept saying how we couldn’t believe a winery was this nice in the middle of Lodi. We walked around the property afterwards and enjoyed the pond and beautiful garden filled with flowers and shaded spots throughout. It is worth the stop. We all left with delicious wine to take home too.

We went for breakfast in the café and ate on the patio. Everything was very tasty ( huevos rancheros and carrot cake French toast.) Definitely go early as it is a popular spot.

My friends and I went to Michael David for lunch and then a wine tasting. The indoor space was very nice - a small selection of farm items to purchase and restaurant seating. We enjoyed several of their dishes - pasta, beef sandwiches, turkey burger and salads. The food is good and fresh. The wait staff was very attentive even though they were quite busy. After our meal we headed outside for a wine tasting. The tasting area is beautiful and surrounded by gardens. It has been expanded fairly recently; there are tables in the gardens although I'm not sure how they get reserved/used. We tasted several different wines; Michael David has several lines that they produce. All were good. Then we strolled through the gardens. There is a small vegetable garden there; the Phillips family were farmers in the area before becoming wine makers. Great way to spend an afternoon!

01/14/2023: First visit, and it was a delightful experience. I met a friend for brunch. I had always heard great things about the Cafe, so I was really excited to try it.It was a cold and rainy day, so we were able to get a table right away. Our server was quick with getting our drinks and was patient as we were having a difficult time deciding on entrees. I ended up getting the green chile omelette with country potatoes and a pancake. The portion was generous, as the omelette was filled with chili verde and cheese. Loved it! The pancake was good but wasn't as light and fluffy as other restaurants. Regardless, I enjoyed my visit and look forward to going again soon.

We have been to Michael David previous, for wine tasting. This is the first trip that we ate at their restaurant. I highly recommend stopping there for breakfast. Portions were nice, great flavor, fresh food.

After reading the good evaluations from many Trip Advisors we decided to try this place for wine tasting and check out the restaurant. The restaurant looked pretty ordinary but for a Monday it did have quite a few people there. I had made a reservation for a 1 p.m. wine tasting but since we were early asked if I could change the tasting to our arrival. They were very accomodating - I believe the name of the young woman who helped us was Ashleigh. I wanted to taste only white wines - both available for tasting were very good. The Symphony was delicious - a great one for a warm summer day. After tasting (and buying) we went to the restaurant. It was about 11:20 so we were able to order either from the breakfast menu or the lunch menu. Both menus were interesting and looked good. We ended up orderering from the breakfast menu and had Lemon Ricotta pancakes that were absolutely heavenly. The savory was an egg omlet with bacon and brie - also very tasty. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. I am from Virginia but would love to visit this restaurant again - there were still a number of items on the menu that my sister and I would love to try. Plus, I might want to get another bottle or two to take home with me! As long as my sister lives out here, I will be out again.

We used to visit this place when it was Phillips Farms and they did the Pumpkin Patch. That was YEARS ago! Since we moved away, they have opened a Restaurant and a wine tasting room. We stopped for breakfast last week and was surprised by the outstanding food! Hot, big portions and a very reasonable price! The food selection was great from just ham and eggs to a more exotic selection. The prices were great! We took out time and was not rushed like most places. Very nice, friendly restaurant and staff!
