Shi Ra Soni 2 Japanese Seafood

I love that wide open area, the chill vibe and nice chef, plus we got put at a table with two attractive young women who i dont know and they still joined in on singing for my birthday! Only complaint i have is 10 min after the chef cooked a massive meal for us, they were asking if we wanted boxes and were ready to leave, like bro there is nobody in line, and 2 hrs till they close, why the rush?

Our family loves this restaurant. We have been here numerous times and at least come three times a year if not more. We love the grill and so to our kids! It’s fun and entertaining. The food is always amazing and the cook is always talkative and funny. I love getting their steak and lobster with the garlic rice. That is by for my favorite meal and I usually pair it with a sushi roll. Always a nice fun place to come and eat.

My experience at Shi Ra Soni was one of the worst I’ve had in a restaurant, largely due to the staff member named Andrew. From the start, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were inconveniencing him just by being there.

We received the wrong food twice, and instead of helping us fix it, Andrew blamed us and was visibly annoyed. He never apologized or checked in again — just dropped the bill and walked off.

Mistakes happen, but the way Andrew handled everything was unprofessional and disrespectful. Management really needs to take a hard look at who they have representing their restaurant. I won’t be coming back.

Superb food. Truly enjoyed Scallop Flambé today. On my 1st visit enjoyed the Chicken Teriyaki so much I’ll be returning to try other items ! Everything is well prepared, delightfully presented and extremely tasty. The atmosphere unusually pleasant for such a large restaurant! Truly enjoyed the entire experience.

Wheelchair accessibility: The young man opened the door and welcomed me and my guest. My mobility scooter fit perfectly at the end of the Teppanyaki table. Highly welcoming staff ,
