I've been to this Starbucks many times over the years. I have witnessed a steady decline in service over that time. I'm not sure if it's a lack of employees or bad leadership but whatever the case, You're going to be waiting a while for your coffee

I was rung up, the employee left the register once I put my card in and never came back. The card reader was saying it was waiting on cashier. I was ignored until a different employee brought me my muffin, I asked about the transaction, she blew me off and asked well it went thru do you want a receipt . I needed the bathroom code, she gave it to me, the bathroom had brown stuff smeared all over the sink, I'm assuming it was hopefully chocolate. I tried to let staff know and was studiously ignored. I went to the counter and found my drink, sat down with it and it was complete trash. I got a triple shot caramel latte grande hot, it tasted like flavored milk, the shots were stale and burnt, and there was maybe one shot in the drink, I worked for Starbucks when I was younger, I know this drink wasn't made well and the customer service sucked. The store wasn't clean nor the bathroom.

Terrible location. Butchered my order. Went in to get it remade and was ignored. Then after they made it, instead of letting me know, they put it with the mobile orders and didn’t say anything. Still didn’t taste right even then. Staff is less than friendly. Will never return to this one.

Incredibly slow store. You will save time by driving to any other Starbucks in town, including the Flag City location.

Waited 20 min for my coffee to be made iced, not hot, with 1 shot, not the two I ordered. I got a mumbled sorry bout that. Not even an offer to remake it.

I will never frequent this Starbucks again! I paid for my high schooler to get a drink after school and they treated him like a juvenile delinquent. He is a very polite teen. I paid remotely as they don’t allow school kids in their store. I understand why they don’t want loitering or all the cussing and fighting. I don’t understand why they were rude to my child when I ordered online and paid. They also gave him the wrong drink and had an issue when I went to get the correct drink. I called same day to explain the mixup then when I went to get the correct drink, the manager was very rude. I wouldn’t go here if it were the last Starbucks in Lodi! For real!

Place the mobile order and came in to pick it up. As I'm standing there waiting no one bothers to acknowledge me. Another person comes in and they immediately ask, What was the name on the mobile order. he gets? The man gets waited on and the lady turns and walks away and doesn't bother to help me at all. Finally someone else asked if I was waiting for a mobile order and then hands me my drink that had been sitting there. This is not the 1st time something like this has happened.

Love Starbucks on Lodi Ave in Lodi, California. We had yummy sandwiches and delicious drinks. We come here every time we are in Lodi.

This location is absolutely horrible. I've gave it many chances and every time it disappoints. The drive thru will be pretty long so I'll go inside with no one in line and no one greets you, sees you standing at the counter and won't say anything. Then when you order they act like they are pissed that you are there. It took 10/15min both times this week to get my drink out with literally no one in line.... Puts the drink down and doesn't even look at me. The drink is rushed and taste different every time. It's right by my house so it's very convenient but I'll take the extra 10 minutes for now on and drive to the lower sac one. Staff is amazing, they get the drinks out fast, smiling and great experience!
