They really need to recalibrate their espresso machines the shots are so bad it makes the drinks taste ridiculously bitter and burnt. It over powers any other flavoring the drink may have and make it taste absolutely terrible. A bad drink can really ruin your day, I'm glad they reluctantly gave a refund.
Probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. My drinks ended up in the trash. Where's the coffee? They clearly watered it down and I couldn't taste anything but water and milk. I'd give this less than 1 star if I could.
Very sweet and the bathroom requires a pin to enter. They were very clean and staff was kind.

I was just in the store to study and do homework then was asked to leave because i wasn’t planning on buying anything… what has starbucks become lol ive been going to starbucks since i was 7 yall ruining your own business wont be coming back switching to dutch bros after this especially since you dont have to buy anything to have water unlike some place (starbucks)

Notorious for great service, this location does well. Especially Melissa. I went in to inquire on a pre-order for am meeting. I explained i had a less positive encounter the last time I tried to do it last minute so I wanted to give advanced notice this time. She apologized and said that what happened to me prior was not exactly right but did not shift blame. When I came back later that week to pick up my order she was there as well. Had my order ready and helped me with my birthday drink which came out quickly. She made my dink feel important and not just another order on the list. Not to say that others need or should go the extra mile but I would like to recognize Melissa and the staff on the 10th and 13th of September. Thank you!

I always come to this location and they always had my drink right but lately every time I go they a-l-w-a-y-s make my drink wrong. I had to return my drink three times just to get it right.They need to step it up or else they”re gonna loose loyal customers.
I usually come to this location all the time and normally have a great experience, but today I was very disappointed with the drink I received. I ordered a Venti Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, which cost $6.95, and what I got was basically just a cup full of ice. After about four sips, the drink was completely gone.
I understand iced drinks come with ice, but this felt excessive—like I paid for ice water with a splash of espresso. If I’m paying nearly $7 for a coffee, I expect to actually taste and enjoy the coffee, not be done with it in under two minutes.
I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and portioning. I’d love to keep coming back and enjoying my usual drinks without feeling shortchanged.

I stop by this Starbucks almost every day before work, and it’s honestly been a pretty disappointing experience. No one says hello or acknowledges you when you walk in. The vibe just feels off, like the staff doesn’t really care. I place mobile orders often and maybe only one out of six times is my drink actually ready when I get there with a 15 mins heads up. Even when the place is empty..no one inside, no cars in the drive-thru… it still takes 15 minutes for a simple drink. Compared to other Starbucks locations, this one really needs to step up in both customer service and efficiency.

Pricy but my daughter in law CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT HER STARBUCKS. WISH THEY WOULD SEND COFFEE TO OUR ARMED MEN AND WOMEN OVER SEAS FIGHTING TO HELP PROTECT US AND OTHERS .

I think this location purposely removed/hid all of their outlets for customer usage? In line with starbucks’s anti-sit-in remodeling across the board I suppose.
