It take about 45 minutes to get coffee even if you order online. Other times are shorter, however, it still takes forever. Once I got half my order and 20 minutes later got the other half.

When did they start sending home empty bags via doordash? Telling you they ran out of food? Absolutely ridiculous. I could have ordered something different but now I have a coffee in no food. Thanks for nothing. I even had to go in and get my refund on my own. Since you didn't discount the fact you gave me no food.

They ran out of chocolate croissants.I got a brownie instead and it didn't hit the same. >:(Cashier was so sweet, I almost didn't need to order a dessert tho. ?? 10/10 service.

We tried to walk into the lobby at 5:15 pm on a Friday and the lobby was closed. We then waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for one drink. One car ahead of us. Bad service, bad experience for an expensive coffee.

Extremely unfriendly barista's here. They don't acknowledge you they don't smile they don't say hi they don't say thank you. Absolutely nothing. The location and the store is great and it's very clean. But the workers are just extremely terrible or they are not well trained for customer service. This store needs new staff. Please go to the other Starbucks locations in town. The one next to Safeway is much more friendlier.

This review if for Lovely individual working the drive thru window @ 12:17 today. I'm a Chai Tea lover. She suggested that I add Gingerbread Syrup instead of additional Chai Pumps....mind blown, taste bud explosion. I now have a new favorite fall drink. Also she helped me with my Starbucks app which was greatly appreciated. Kudos to you!!!! Keep up the suggestions!!

They were rude and didn’t get my drink right. I don’t have a lot of money to spend on myself but when I go out of my way to get $7 coffee I expect it to be what I ordered. I would never return to this store in the last 4 years

I quite like this Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and gets my mobile order right in good time. They are always ready with a pup cup for my furry co-pilots and some refreshing Venti water when I request it.It is off a highway so there may occasionally be some interesting foot traffic. There was once a hilarious drive-thru incident around Labor Day where a man using the foot mobile walked in front of my car to order at the intercom, but the barista reminded him that it is not a walk-thru, that only motor vehicles can be serviced at the drive/thru, and to please order inside. That's not any negative reflection on Starbucks, but it did make for some light entertainment.Anyway I like this Starbucks and will always frequent it for my Impossible breakfast sandwich and iced cappuccino with it milk and sugar-free vanilla syrup.

every week on tuesday morning, the same guy won't open till 5:30 and will have people waiting outside and in the drive, even though every other day you guys are open @5 i don't think that's right.
