Had the best experience here when I was having a rough day after my sister's funeral. JB made me smile, she had asked me what new fun stories I learned about my sister at her service. She was very kind and helpful when I was ordering and my order came quickly right to my seat!

Spent over 20 in deserts for the kids. Without a single thank you or smile. The skinny tall guy seemed more irritated he was working the register. I asked to reload my Starbucks card before purchase. He tried to add the total plus what I wanted to add. Despite me making reload before purchase clear. It's supposing how entitled these workers are now a days. Where did customer service go?

This was one of my favorite Starbucks but I don't know if management changed recently, I've seen a lot of new faces Today I went to order the same drink I order every time and the service was not great. They put regular milk instead of the milk I asked for, and when i told the barista she got mad. Im sorry she was having a bad morning.

This Starbucks used to be good and reliable - now the service sucks 15 min to make a single drink via mobile order when I asked before what going on life gotten a response with “the mobile order time isn’t up yet” which is ridiculous when only one person is working and the 5 others are doing the bare minimum. They need older people in there because it’s only full of these new generation lazy kids.

Been to this one many times. Drinks are made right most visits, and it’s a convenient pit stop when I’m out. Place is clean and staff usually polite. Can get slammed during peak hours though, so timing is key.

I was in the drive thru and the lady helping me was not nice at all. She was even worse at the window.
I thought I had ordered a venti but I actually ordered a grande (I know, user error) but she gave me a lot of attitude when I asked instead of being nice.
