Just went thru the drive thru and I will say the young lady made my day.its one of those days.she was so sweet,n even put a lil message on my cup.Some time we just need those words of kindness.I will definitely be back

I was in the drive thru and the lady helping me was not nice at all. She was even worse at the window. I thought I had ordered a venti but I actually ordered a grande (I know, user error) but she gave me a lot of attitude when I asked instead of being nice.

10/19/2024 I have ordered coffee drinks from this place a few times. Sometimes they are great but other times I would rate them below average. Most of the time, the drinks are good. It seems to be a hit or miss. You don't know what you will get. The customer service is usually good. The wait time is reasonable.

They were out of my drink, so the girl there offered to make me something similar and was very nice and helpful.
Waited close to 10 inside without anyone else in line. 2 females were working the drive thru I was not greeted or acknowledged. Ended up leaving still without any acknowledgement. Very sub par customer experience
