No one likes watching there hot drinks get cold because the staff is very very slow. And no one asked if I wanted a tacky red cup I would have said no to corporate America pushing cheap end plastic on me. Poor quality on drinks husband got coco was gritty and he said it taste like dust in his mouth. If we were not travel I would have complained and waited another 15+ mins at the very slow star bucks

Why is it that 9/10 my shaken expresso tastes like plain milk, not even a hint of coffee. $5 coffee should not have dead shots of expresso. Literally try to avoid this location even though it’s closer to me, but unfortunately ran out of coffee and couldn’t go to my usual location. Once again was disappointed enough to make this review. Also, the baristas need more training. Or maybe this location goes through so many that they’re constantly training new employees, I don’t know. A couple months ago I go and get my usual. When I got my drink it didn’t have any milk. I politely pointed this out and was told the drink did not come with milk. I’ve been ordering this drink for 3 years and it’s always came with milk. I didn’t even try to explain and just left. I understand it must be hard working at a Starbucks, but this location is just so bad. I get so upset knowing my money has been wasted.

Worst Starbucks EVER took 30mins for a TEA ! In the drive through! There was only 2 cars ahead of me ! Never coming back ! They need to get it together !
