There was an argumentative sales person who took my order. She was so invested in arguing with me she did not get my order correct. It’s not a complicated order, salted caramel cold brew, no vanilla one pump of caramel. I do not recommend this Starbucks. There are several others in the area. A very unpleasant experience.

Rude service , one of the workers accused me of stealing a cup that the did not have at there shop, and i asked a drink with no lemonade and got the drink with lemonade i mean i guess it was a mistake but accusing me of not having a receipt for my starbucks cup that they clearly didn’t have at their shop is not right to do

We were at the Hampton and heading for Yosemite so this Starbucks was perfect. The awesome barista and I got to talking about my Yosemite visit and his recent Joshua Tree visit, then when my coffee was ready he said, "Here ya go. Enjoy your day! Nice to meet you" SUPER nice guy! He actually cheered me up! I didn't think that was possible anymore. And of course the coffee was good like it always is.
I should have took a photo of the food but it was too good to interrupt. Looking forward to going back again. This place has a nice atmosphere.

We typically travel I-5 to Los Angeles, but chose instead CA-99 for this trip. Lodi is about 1/3 the distance between home and Mom's, and this Starbucks is very convenient on/off from the freeway. We stopped in traveling both directions; going forward, this will be a regular stop whenever we choose CA-99. The store was clean, had the very important restroom (also clean and well-stocked), the staff was friendly, the drive-thru was busy (we went inside instead--I don't like drive-thrus personally). Service time was appropriate for the customer volume. Eddie laughed at my corny Dad jokes. The coffee was typical Starbucks--perfect coffee break during a long trip. Kudos!

This is my first ever negative experience at a Starbucks!! Completely disappointed in you all! What a horrible crew. Lousy attitudes. Rude. The dynamic of the work ethic with each other here was apparent, and off! Time to retrain this manager and the staff at this location starbucks!

Ordered 3 drinks in drive thru. Got all but one perfect but quickly corrected that drink and got us on our way. Staff was kind and patient, even with 7 cars in drive thru.
