Rude service , one of the workers accused me of stealing a cup that the did not have at there shop, and i asked a drink with no lemonade and got the drink with lemonade i mean i guess it was a mistake but accusing me of not having a receipt for my starbucks cup that they clearly didn’t have at their shop is not right to do

The drinks are watery and rushed, the hot sandwiches are lukewarm at best. I have the same experience every time I visit this location. My advice: get your coffee elsewhere.

Went in with great spirits and ordered our usual order which is around $8 they were out of half and half so she offered heavy cream and then charged us $.60 each and then our shots individually bringing it to over $10 when we addressed it she wouldn't back down. The manager got involved and said they were more expensive because they were in target. As my father always said an extra dollar taken from a guest today is the loss of patronage tomorrow.

Overall, one of my favorite stores of all of them in Lodi. Great customer service with a smile. Amazing job! I don't know how they do it, quality and quantity. Hey Starbucks Corporate, please teach the Starbucks near Costco to be like this store. They have more traffic next to the highway and they seem to never mess up and always provides a positive experience. The one near costco in lodi is a different story...

So this use to be my favorite starbucks in town! Use to be! Its a great location right next to the freeway... so it started back in January they gave me the wrong drink i was running late to work because of the line so i didnt get a chance to take a sip before i left. So i was drinking my coffee and realized it wasn't a caramel macchiato it was some ginger tasting drink... so i like to try new things so i give it a try but it wasnt for me i called and they gave me my drink for free... so this happened again and again it happened a couple more times that they messed up my orders, they messed up hot, cold and sizes... they have taking what feels like five minutes per customer in the drive thru line. I have stopped going to starbucks now. I hit java stop now it is great prices and great coffee!

So we're on a small road trip and we decide we should stop for coffee. Here's how it went: One person ordered a Cold Brew and it tasted nothing like a cold brew. I asked for no whipped cream on my Venti Tuxedo with light ice and got back a cup full of ice and whipped cream. We ordered 4 bacon and egg sandwiches and 3/4 sandwiches only had half the bacon that it should have had. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

This Starbucks is really convenient since I work right around the corner. Their service is always awful though, always slow and only a select few employees have any customer service skills. I usually go through the drive thru, just because it is supposed to be faster than walking in. But it isnt. I was there last night and all I ordered was a Tazo tea. I waited in line for 10 minutes. It was about 7:30pm, so not during a rush, and no where near closing time. When I finally got up to the window to pay, the lady was very rude, like I hadn't just been sitting in line forever. She snatched the debt card out of my hand, no smile, no sorry, then I still had to wait for my tea. Although I could see it sitting right behind her, all it needed was a lid. To top everything off, I was looking in the window to see if the lobby was busy, and I hardly saw anyone in there. So what was the issue? I will never go back to this Starbucks location, and I make sure to let everyone know how bad of service they will receive there. I will drive all the way across town, order, and get back to work, in less time than it would take to get something from this Starbucks that is 3 min away.
