I never leave negative reviews but for some time now I try to give this location a chance and it always fails. If you don’t ask for light ice they fill it up more than halfway, their blended drinks are bland. Idk what’s going on here. I drank it because it would have been more of a waste.

Understand what customer service is when you are an employee performing a customer service position... Four employees behind the counter when I was standing in front of the counter very calmly politely just waiting for the first one to ask me what I would like or at least acknowledge me and say it'll be just a second etcetera (3 made direct eye contact) ... I literally counted to 180, so a full 3 minutes passed .... Walked out and I mean that's pretty much it!!! ..... ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE FIRST MINUTE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S NOT VERY BUSY LIKE IT WAS, AND ME BEING THE ONLY ONE STANDING THERE WAITING TO ORDER.

They prepare your drinks to your liking or when you don't want them too sweet ?
Staff was welcoming and attended us right away. Short wait for the drinks and food. Stayed for a little while to do some work and the atmosphere was nice. Only thing I'd ask for is more constant cleaning of the tables, the tables were kind of dirty, but I found a clean one available by an outlet and enjoyed my time.

The baristas at this location are absolutely wonderful and amazing! I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now! Brandon, Gigi, Ashley and I could go on and on! Everyone is very special! My coffee is always made to perfection! You guys are great! Thank you!
Dietary restrictions: I use oatmilk in my espresso! Makes it so much creamier and doesn’t cause stomach problems for me as does regular milk!

Wow. This place has taken a kamikaze nose dive in service. I would religiously come here on the weekends before work, wait in line like everyone else and grab my morning coffee and pastry. Service was efficient considering the long lines and I never had issues with my orders. I’d say within the last 6 months everything dramatically changed. My order is NEVER right anymore. The kids running the drive thru are more engrossed in discussing the latest TikTok trends, inappropriate conversation and belittling patrons than paying attention to customers orders. Yes, we can hear you. It’s unfortunate considering this location has always been a convenient stop on my way to work but I’d much rather drive the extra few miles and spend the extra money in Stockton to get better service.
