Gigi and her team were awesome. Had a huge inconvenience from the Kettleman Lodi. Had my drink have to be remade twice and on the third remake the other Starbucks just told me to go to a different store. Was annoyed but thankful that I came here, great team, remade the drink correctly. This is the best location in Lodi!

I come to this location frequently and usually, I don't have any problems. Twice now in the last few weeks, we have watched them put regular milk into my venti iced oatmilk vanilla latte. The label on the cup clearly says oatmilk. Yesterday, it was busy so I watched carefully to ensure my order was correctly made. I watched the barista pick up the cup, look at the label and proceeded to pour regular milk. While she did remake my drink, I feel she didn't believe me that she messed up. No apology. I wish they took food sensitivities seriously. Dairy makes me sick. Now I'm scared to go through the drive through as I can't watch to see how my drink is made.

I never leave negative reviews but for some time now I try to give this location a chance and it always fails. If you don’t ask for light ice they fill it up more than halfway, their blended drinks are bland. Idk what’s going on here. I drank it because it would have been more of a waste.

Understand what customer service is when you are an employee performing a customer service position... Four employees behind the counter when I was standing in front of the counter very calmly politely just waiting for the first one to ask me what I would like or at least acknowledge me and say it'll be just a second etcetera (3 made direct eye contact) ... I literally counted to 180, so a full 3 minutes passed .... Walked out and I mean that's pretty much it!!! ..... ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE FIRST MINUTE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S NOT VERY BUSY LIKE IT WAS, AND ME BEING THE ONLY ONE STANDING THERE WAITING TO ORDER.

Staff was welcoming and attended us right away. Short wait for the drinks and food. Stayed for a little while to do some work and the atmosphere was nice. Only thing I'd ask for is more constant cleaning of the tables, the tables were kind of dirty, but I found a clean one available by an outlet and enjoyed my time.
