The new management for this place is horrible, they didn’t want to honor my order that I had already paid for thru the app, she said she was the manager and that if I came back ever there with the same order she will not give me the items that I already paid for. I’m taking this to corporate I don’t care, they need to be held accountable. Besides all of this my sandwich looked like it was prepared with the intention that it was a cheaper sandwich and therefore it should have less ingredients (she mentioned something like this when I confronted her) because I had paid less than what it was so the manager said.

I asked for my sandwiches to be toasted. I attached the picture and you can see for yourself if it looks like toasted. All this instructions were in an online order. Can’t follow a simple instructions. Stay away from this place. Probably mess up your order too. Freaking attitude too from that old lady.

The owner was very nonchalant and made the sandwich the way she wanted too and her energy was horrible and the sandwich was smaller than 6 inches I would never eat there even if it was the last place on earth

Wow. I love Subway don't get me wrong, but the lady at this location was so rude not only to me but the the customer I watched her serve before me as well. She yelled at him. It was weird. I thought it was an isolated incident or maybe the other customer had been rude to her or something. Nope, she was just as short and rude to myself and my BF as well. Very stingy with toppings...handfuls of lettuce but 4 pickles on an entire foot long. I asked for a few more please and I got the dirtiest look. She made me feel so uncomfortable I just wanted to say Nevermind and leave, but I was really hungry. I just wanted a Subway sandwich and not a horrible experience that I didnt ask for. Here's the kicker. She short changed us....Our total was 14.98 and we paid with a $20 bill. She handed us back $5 even. I know it's just 2 cents, but it was our money, not her tip. I wouldn't tip her even 1 cent. NEVER GOING BACK! AVOID LOCATION!!!

I came to buy some chips cuz kids wanted chips. And they wanted to use restroom and the front lady said no you cant use bathroom because you are only buying chips? She says I have to buy a sandwich to be able to use the restroom? Are you kidding me?
On the window it says bathroom is for customers only. Doesn't matter I buy sandwich, drinks or chips. I am still your customer.
Front lady said the boss said so that's the rule...?
worst customer service i’ve ever received. wasn’t greeted when walked in , when we were finally spoken to it was rude and short , then when we tried to sit down and eat was told we couldn’t because they close in 20 minutes, and was addressed very rudely . she said she needed to mop and close down but if your business is open until 8 pm lobby cleaning procedures shouldn’t start until 8 ( this coming from a 3 year GM )
