Never again. Ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, and it was spoiled. Literally, I gagged. Did someone not check the food? This place needs to get inspected ASAP.

Terrible service. The lady in charge was not welcoming to those who use coupons at this place. I wish it was possible to give negative stars. To top it off, she was trying to multitask and speak with other customers while trying to make my sandwich and ended up sending me home with the wrong sandwich.

I’ve been coming here for a while. Today they stated they never got my order via DoorDash. When DoorDash tried to call them, they refused to pick the phone up. They kept saying they wouldn’t do my food because they didn’t receive confirmation even though I had multiple receipts and proof that I’ve paid and placed my order. Never coming here again. There’s a subway at every corner so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I went in here to use the restroom. Lady working said it's for customers only. I said, "That's fine. I'll buy a bag of chips". She replied with "no you gotta buy a sandwich". I asked "buying a bag of chips doesn't make me a customer". Apparently, logic is not her strong suit. She flat out ignored me. I went to BK and didn't even have to buy anything.

I had the most rudest lady to take my order, from what looked like she was Indian. She went out just to put different shoes on, she had slippers before. She said I should have gave the coupon first as if it changed the whole order. It came with a fountain drink and I decided to get a Diet Pepsi and it tasted like water. Worst choice I have ever made, never coming to this cheap homeless spot.

I went in today and i had the worst experience there. the rudest lady (not sure of the name but she looked indian) took my order. after she had taken an order she went to me and didn’t change her gloves, after she put my sandwich in the oven i payed for my order right away, before my order was even complete. as she was giving me my cash back i noticed she wasn’t changing her gloves. i waited to see if she would but she didn’t because she asked what i wanted in it. right as she did that i asked her if she was going to change her gloves since those gloves was touching money. she rudely did it after i kept telling her to do so. then i asked her if i can get more of two veggies because she had put less then a handful. then she rudely said she wasn’t going to because it would be more charge. and she was super slow. before this happened i was in there for 10 minutes when there was only one customer in front of me. this subway has the rudest customer service.

One of the rudest and cheapest subways I’ve ever been to. They told me I have to sit down and wait while they made my sub (mobile order) and that was major red flag. I ordered mobile, so they were incredibly stingy with the toppings. I requested “more” for most of the veggies I selected and they definitely gave what would be considered the “less” option. For example, I chose more spinach and there was barely one leaf at best across the entire layer. See my pictures for evidence. This place shouldn’t be in business as a franchisee.

It seemed like the owner and maybe her daughter were running the place. Terrible management.

I went in on Sunday and the customer service was just horrible, it is unbelievable that this subway is still running. The customer service was not even the worst part. The worst part was that I received a sandwich with hair in it. That plainly disgusts me and speaks a lot about this place. Like another review said about this place, a 1 star is VERY high rating.
