This Subway is by far the best one in Lodi it’s not even close. The customer service is extremely friendly! They make the sandwiches fast and efficiently! This is my weekly go to spot!

This place has gone down hill so fast, the lady in there has no customer service skills, Ive been yelled at, had the receipt waved around in my face because I showed up early to pick up my food. Today I have a roast beef sandwich with 4 pieces of meat on a foot long, I paid for extra pickles and olives and got the normal amount, they are rude and ripping people off. I'll be going to another subway from now on.

Every time I eat at any Subway, it jack's up my stomach. I thought maybe the new menu and "premium" meats would fix that issue but no luck.

So we order Subway sometimes- I literally order the same four subs- they are saved in my app. However they ALWAYS make the order wrong! Every single time. I order from the Lockeford Rd location because I can literally walk there to pick it up. I never choose toasted EVER and they ALWAYS toast my sub. In fact only 1 of the four subs is ordered to be toasted- but they always toast them all! Usually they confuse the toppings among the four of them too. Tonight they toasted all of the- I guess they figure 1 out of 4 isn't bad. Close to $40 for messed up food. Really, it shouldn't be this hard. I would give Zero stars if I could. Oh, and they don't answer the phone either.

The cheese is rotten it gave me a 8 inch bone they messed up my sandwich it almost made throw up all over the restaurant and the cookie had sticky white salty frosting and it tasted weird and honestly kinda good! I would get the zero stores if I could

This one is actually better cause it's not a chain but subway's as in sandwiches and a chain suck!there not real deli sandwiches and so you gotta realize this when you walk in expecting a awesome sandwich and you get a chain sandwich ..so

Do not go here, especially for online pickup, waited 15 mins then went. They attended the 4 people in line first then to just hand me my already paid for sub. What is the point of express pickup? 3 people and not one person would just hand me the sub. Then they want to ask for tip now? Which I did btw since I had already paid. Shitty service, will not return.

Really and truly do not recommend this location at all Im sorry but customer service was nonexistent with the afternoon staff on Sunday. They were rude and made the food hatefully. Hopefully they can get attitude adjustments and not damage the reputation of subway.
