OFFICAL POST MUST READ! WARNING DO NOT COME HERE! I am beyond disgusted with my recent experience at THIS Subway. If the company continues down this path of violating its own policies, engaging in discriminatory behavior, and potentially illegal practices, they won’t be in business much longer — and frankly, they shouldn’t be.
The staff at the location I visited were not only unprofessional but treated me and others with clear bias and disrespect. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it’s another to discriminate against customers based on how they look, speak, or where they’re from. Prejudice has no place in customer service — especially not in a global franchise like Subway.
Even worse, it appears the store is blatantly breaking Subway’s own policies. From hygiene standards being ignored, to employees upcharging or denying services that are supposed to be included, the whole operation felt shady and unethical. If corporate Subway is turning a blind eye to these violations, they’re complicit in the downfall of their brand.
Let me be clear: customers notice. We talk. We post. If Subway thinks it can survive while treating people unfairly and ignoring its own standards, it’s in for a rude awakening.
Until things change — radically — I won’t be stepping into another Subway, and I’ll be urging others to do the same. We deserve better.

Worst sandwich ever. Spent $35 on 2 foot longs. Asked for them to be toast and they didn't even melt the cheese. The sandwich was cold. Just horrible.

When I came to this subway place the first time, there was a lady and she said I can’t get a discount on the price with the coupon that I had got sent from the mail. I asked her to even check on the machine if it worked but she didn’t even try and kept saying that it didn’t work. When I came for the second time there was a Hispanic guy who said that the machine did work. This was not the experience that I had supposedly expected.

Owener goes out of his way to make items as expensive as possiable alternating what is order to incress the price and refuses to give appropriate discounts if you ask. If you ask him about it he because argumentative and blames you for it the issue on the receipt.

When I tried to use a coupon here, they told me the coupon didn't apply to my sandwiches. However, I've used the same coupon for the same sandwiches at several other Subway's. It really just felt like they were upset I used a coupon. Overall, it was a not great experience getting upcharged for a sandwich that was only so-so. I'd rather go to the Subway on Lockeford Street than come here again
