Worst subway I’ve ever been to. I told them my sandwich was made wrong and ingredients were missing. They take my sandwich, place it on the counter where they make everyone’s sandwich (after I’ve already touched it), open it up and look at it and say “no it’s right” I asked them if they can remake it and they refused. Will never come to this subway again. The customer service is awful and the way in which they handled my sandwich raises some health concerns to me.

Very unwelcoming here. As soon as you walk in here they either stare at you or ignore you, not friendly at all. As I was ordering she was sighing and just being so rude I wanted to curl up in a ball and not even finish the order. Like nevermind I don't even want a sandwich anymore

Great customer service! I always have an awesome experience with this Subway. Employee helped me carry sandwiches to car because of recent surgery. She went above and beyond! Thank you for your kindness!

Parking: Next to Starbucks and Verizon and other businesses in the center plenty of parking. It is a busy parking lot with people coming and going.

Came in at approximately 8:50 and was immediately told “hey we’re closed”. I checked the businesses hours on the door, and it said 9:00pm was the closing time, not 8:50. It takes less than 5 minutes to make a sandwich. I wish at my work i was able to kick customers out before actual closing time but i dont have that luxury!

Went in today there was a young female and male I had a online order and specifically said I wanted it toasted and they didn’t do that also ordered 2 cookies macadamia and chocolate chip they gave me both macadamia never had this issue here at this location but definitely not coming to this one again good thing Lodi has 3 more locations
