Sweet Lab Boba Tea & Desserts

Super friendly and courteous staff. Sebastian welcomed us with a big smile. We ordered the pistachio and ube brownie milkshakes. Definitely satisfied our sweet tooth craving!

Been here twice and both times the drink was very watered down, could barely taste anything. Won't be giving it a third chance. Workers are not friendly.

Never been to this location, but went to the spot in southern Las Vegas before it closed. Had one of the best boba taro teas I have ever gotten there.

Not super clear that boba is extra on the menu. Honestly a place that names themselves “boba tea” shouldn’t really be charging extra to “add” boba lol. I’d take a star just for that.

Aside from that, ordered their new pandanmonium, vietnamese coffee with “pandan crema”. It apparently comes 50% sweet and tastes really sweet. I’d get 25%.

It’s hard to taste the pandan from the strong vietnamese coffee flavor, but this was delicious anyways. It’s nice that the honey flavor really comes through when you chew into that boba. I don’t think I’ve ever tasted that before.

Total was $8.01 for a large pandanmonium. About a dollar more than a normal large vietnamese coffee. I haven’t tried their normal vietnamese coffee so it’s hard to say if it’s worth it, but I enjoyed it.

The cashier (shorter, brunette, with glasses) was pretty rude when I made a mistake and ordered a milk tea blended. When I asked if there was a difference between milk tea and blended she sighed almost as if she was annoyed that I didn’t know the difference all while rolling her eyes. She also, seemed annoyed when I asked her if they had alternative milk because in the past I was told they didn’t have any/they were out. Also, when it was time to give my husband his ice cream that he had ordered she slide the ice cream cup and spoon aggressively. Worst part is that she left the spoon on the bare counter without it being on a napkin. Kinda gross in my opinion. Clear to say, we won’t be going back there again.

It was ok but not great.

I got the taro milk tea with boba. The boba had a faint chemical taste to it and the syrup with it was grainy and kinda made the drink a little off putting.

The costumer service is top tier, super nice and enthusiastic. Not only that, but also the prices and quality of the drinks were amazing! Will be coming back!!

My go to place for boba! Everytime everyone is so friendly and inviting. I always enjoy whatever I get here. They play good music and your order comes fairly fast. I highly reccomend the Carmel milk tea or the Thai tea. Their both amazing. ???

First and last time going there. I ordered online and when they picked it up they didn’t give us the ice cream just the drinks. I went back and told the girls what had happened and she looked at me like she didn’t understand what i told her. I told again and she finally gave me a cup of ice cream. With no cone by the way. It had a hair in it. I told her about the hair and she got really mad and asked me rudely if I wanted another one. I said yes. She gave me another one but she just left the cup there and didn’t handed it to me or look at me just slammed the window shut and walked to the back. Horrible service and attitude.

As soon as we walked in the guy at the front rolled his eyes because we're 9 people. He told us to move out of the way to not block the entrance which I understand.My sister and boyfriend ordered and he had an attitude... I go ahead and order and same attitude. I asked him if the drink on the picture is called dragonade or what was it called so I can order... he didn't even turn around and said yes it is so I said yes give me the same as the picture.40 minutes go by people come and go with their drinks and after a while he asks: are you guys waiting for something or???? We told him he hasn't gotten our drinks and he went and made them himself. Of course the drink I had asked for was wrong because he didn't turn around to look at what I was pointing so he went and remade it. He got mad and tossed the straw like we did something wrong.... MAYBE if he didn't have his earbuds on he would be able to listen. Also the lack of people working there makes everything frustrating. They had a lot of costumers and only one person making the drinks... that's why we were understanding at first and would've been even more understanding because mistakes happen but he was just rude from the beginning. Drinks didn't have a lot of flavor either so this place sucks we will be driving to Stockton or Elk Grove just to get better service

Waited 40 minutes for our order, me and my family came to ask for our order and all he said was “are you waiting for something?” And then proceeds to just go to the back to tell the manager to make the drinks, not even an apology came out of his mouth, he brings the drinks and one of them was the wrong drink, brings the right drink and tossed the straw at my sister. I understand it was a little busy but if the guy at the front wasn’t so rude and condescending we would’ve understood unfortunately he was rude, if he doesn’t wanna make boba teas for a living then he should find a job that suits his rude attitude, if he didn’t have his earbuds on the whole time maybe he could listen better, manager was understanding.

Look I’ve been to big cities like San Francisco, LA, New York City… but Sweet Lab is with no doubt the best boba spot in the country (it sounds crazy but true). Literally idk what or how they make their honey boba topping but it’s so unique and delicious. It’s almost like signature made, something you can’t find anywhere else. Sweet Lab has become a “must go” place whenever I visit lodi. The owners are some of the sweetest, humble, and dedicated people. Their workers are also very kind and eager to help out. I strongly recommend the rewards program they have if you visit frequently. I absolutely love love Sweet Lab’s seasonal drinks. I always look forward to my Strawberry Matcha drink in the summer because Sweet Lab uses the freshest produce for their drinks and premium quality tea. I hope to see this shop grow.

If I could I'd leave no stars. But tried to go during lunch but they're never even open. What a waste, I drive to dutch bros. Since they're always open
