Great place to grab some shaved ice. Too bad it's closing down this fall.

Super good!! Comparable to true Hawaiian shaved ice. The amount of shaved ice they give you for the price is insane. It's a shame this place seems to be closing in september.

They have bad service, went in with my kids and was giving the girl my order and she didn’t even bother to make it or take the order down.

Went for the first time and ordered the Banana Split and absolutely loved it! I will definitely come back again!

Hot days call for cold treats! Driving through Lodi looking for a new ice cream place. This fits the bill and then some. They carry premium ice cream, they make shave ice and they have some whip and soft serve! Nirvana!! Very friendly service and generous portions. Only small area to sit inside. Great place overall.

We returned here this evening to give them another chance. My son and I both ordered the large shaved ice. This time I was proactive and advise them that I did not have enough syrup last time and had chunks of shaved ice in the middle with no syrup on it.
They put more syrup on and it was better.

My response:
Three stars is not considered a bad review! Three stars is average. That was my impression of your business. If you read my review I did go back up and complain about the syrup issue. My comment still stands about the weak watered-down syrup!
The shaved ice was a good consistency and the employees were great.

The day before we had shaved ice at the newer business on the miracle mile in Stockton which was superior to what we had at your establishment. Didn’t have any issues there.

The shaved ice consistency is OK but their syrups seem watered down‼️
And they are pretty STINGY with the syrups.
I had some white spots inside of my shaved ice and had to go back to ask them to put more syrup on!!
Considering all of this I’m not in a rush to return!

I always get an Oreo shake with gummy bears & my daughter loves to try the new flavors they have available. This place never disappoints, 10/10 establishment!

Kid-friendliness: My daughter is always striking up conversations with the workers here & they always talk to her like she’s an actual person, not just a little kid.
