It's always pretty spot on accuracy but they don't put napkins in the bag, I understand you have to ask but sometimes your in a hurry and then have to use the bag as a napkin bc don't have any napkins.
It is always a pleasure to see Alex Velasquez working at your establishment. He is always kind and very quick and efficient in the drive thru. He has amazing customer service.

Used the drive thru and the service was fast and accurate. I would like to acknowledge the young man working the window, according to my receipt his name is Jacob B, when he handed me my food I said "thank you very much" and he responded with one of the most genuine smiles I've ever encountered then told me "you are welcome sir". Maybe if the franchise owner reads this review he could give this kid a pat on the back because he is making your business........better. So many times I've gone thru a drive thru only to leave feeling like I was a burden on the people working the window, this guy "gets it". I live one block away from this store and will definitely be future customer. It was 11:45pm on Dec 26th.

Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian option by basically replacing the meat with black beans
Parking: Clear marked public parking

A decent Taco Bell but has some issues that never seem to change.Long wait times in the drive thru. Freeze machine is almost always down & they don’t let you know until you get to the window. When you go inside the staff expects you to use the self service tablet rather than try to help you.
Dietary restrictions: They have Dairy Free / Vegan Options. For dairy free you usually just need to ask for no cheese / creamy sauce. You can also ask for “Fresco Style”.
Parking: Easy parking right in front of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: There’s always kids here. They have no problem with kids of all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible from all sides.
