I looked up online on a Saturday night and it stated they were open until 2am. I placed an app order and drove from Lockeford. Arrived at 12:50am to a closed Taco Bell. Annoyed (but sometimes internet hours are wrong) I went to McD's and spend double the amount for way less food. I called Monday morning to ask what time they closed the drive thru. She said 2am. Not cool Kettleman Taco Bell. Not Cool.

Customer service sucks and they always mess up items

My wife and I got two meals. One number 1 the other number 8. I paid full price for these meals. The number 1 all 3 tacos only had a little bit of meat and cheese. These look like kids tacos when I went back to tell them to give me half the money back because they only gave me half a taco so they remade the tacos but with a dirty look. My wife’s tacos all shells were cracked and broken. Bad service

Absolutely horrible place. Food was not fresh, nacho fries were made like several hours ago and we had to trash them. I called the business later, and a man picked up the phone. And I asked him do you guys read reviews, he said “no we don’t”. I said people are leaving terrible reviews for your food, he said we don’t care. Can you believe this????
