First impression-bar scene lively yet reserved. The Hostess greeted us immediately and welcomed us. Our reservation was acknowledged and we were shown to a nice comfy booth that can easily fit a party of four with plenty of room. LETS GET TO THE MEAT OF THE REVIEW Junior was our server and he helped us make our final decisions with wine and the meal. He was a very talented addition to the staff at the Oxford and so talented. He pointed out that there is something on the menu, both food and drink, for everyone. And he was right!!! We started with the Ahi Tuna Tartar. Wow!!! It had a little bite from the horseradish but cooled by the fresh tuna. The dish was light, flavorful and wonderfully presented with that addition of micro greens and taro chips. Junior added that it was one of his favorites also. Next on order were the mains. I had the Kobe Beef Burger (thick, juicy and substantial). They were served with the best fries I have had in YEARS and came to the table crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and were gone instantly. My wife had the Spicy Shrimp Linguine Aglio Olio which I would highly recommended as the sauce was flavorful, silky and was topped with large juicy shrimp. I never end a meal out with ordering desert and this one has become a favorite of mine. The menu name did not do it justice. Let us just say it was a chocolate mousse served with a Passion Fruit Sauce with strawberries. Great flavor combinations and not too sweet. Perfect end to the meal. This place rocks!! Food, service, bar!!! It has it all!!!

What a great place! The restaurant is beautiful. We sat in one of their curved booths across from the bar. It was a little noisy but not unpleasant. The food was masterfully prepared and presented. We had a wide variety at our table from beef Wellington to fish and chips. All were delicious! I would highly recommend Oxford Kitchen.

The food and service was quite enjoyable. I would suggest that premade martini mixes not be used.

Food was excellent. The passionfruit lemon drop cocktail was tasty and different. Beef wellington was delicious and suited the occasion.

Live music provided by the San Jose Sharks' former organist, great food by somebody who knows how to work the heck out of a kitchen, great service by people who know how to human, in a nice spot with sleek decor - dig it, will absolutely be back. Try the Fish n Chips, Chicken Pot Pie, and Cheesecake. Trust!

Meh… just okay. For a Michelin star chef as a founder I expected better.

Chicken Tikka Marsala was bland and the fish in the English Fish and Chips was tough.

The atmosphere was pedestrian and a bit loud.. no real vibe.

Probably won’t return…
