It appears as though the British Pub concept is all the rave these days. This was the third British dining experience I've had in the last few months, and before that, it was years ago. I have a great appreciation for the restaurant business and for the courage of owners and chefs, to take a huge leap and try to be great. Bravo. Four top of walk-ins on a Saturday night, after spending the day at a lame Hip Hop BBQ down the road a piece. We were seated quickly, our server came by to greet us almost immediately, and the dining experience was off to a good start. We ordered: Cast Iron Bread for the table and it was delish! Slathered in melted butter, the cast iron pan hits the table, and it's glowing. Almost like they dropped Marsellus Wallace's briefcase at the table and opened it just slightly so we could see the glow. Soft, chewy, buttery bread and it was fantastic. Burger: My girl got the Kobe burger, medium, and it was cooked just right. The meat was rested properly, and that first bite gave off the juices, the smokey flavor, and that intense beefy flavor. Best burger I've had in years. (Burgers have become more about the toppings, than about the burger! This spot allows the beef to shine, and that's a really good choice because they can cook a burger to perfection.) Gnocchi: Not bad, not amazing, but hit the spot. Good old-fashioned red sauce, plump, well-cooked gnocchi, and a bit of spice. Simple, flavorful and it hit the spot. I enjoyed our dining experience. Our waiter was very kind, pleasant, and attentive. It was a really solid dining experience and we definitely want to come back again.

something was off... Friday night and not enough employees? Maybe the normal chef was off? I will try again.. It does have a rather good reputation.

A good place for brunch in downtown Lodi! We love the pancakes with fruit and their chicken and waffles. Nice atmosphere, great service and not overpriced.

We came in on a Saturday, luckily no wait!!! We were attended to by Leo who was a great host! As we were first timers he gave us the history of how the restaurant came to be & what inspired the menu. I was craving a burger and fries and went for the Kobe burger- medium. This may have been the best burger I've had in a restaurant. The bun perfectly baked and toasted with no signs of grease from the grilling- meat grilled perfectly with the cheese melted on top, came with crispy romaine lettuce, tomato, pickle & I believe a picked onion?! I added bacon & avocado at additional charge because why not! Fries were golden crispy and lightly salted. Inside is an open concept space with hints of London all around. Leo said they were known for their cocktails but unfortunately we had to decline this trip as we had been wine tasting earlier in the day. I did manage to get a peek at the mixologist at the bar and I can tell they are made well & artistically! Located in the heart of Lodi- where there's shopping, other eats & street parking. Great vibe - will definitely return!

Had a great time at Oxford Kitchen with friends! I love the ambience here and the bar looks amazing with the ladders reaching up to the ceiling! Our drinks were beautiful and also super tasty. I highly recommend both the bramble and pomegranate marg! We had appetizers of the eggs and cauliflower which were both so delicious! I ordered the fish and chips which was honestly okay. Last time I ordered the tikka masala which was definitely a winner in comparison. Our waiter was very nice and attentive we were just sad he forgot to give us our 50% off our appetizer:( as I had a coupon from the winery I work at. Otherwise great experience and I will be back!

Beautiful place. Friendly staff. Drinks were ok. The food was good. I honestly didn't feel like there was anything spectacular about them. I mean, the ravioli was a 4 out of 4, but it was pricey for the small selection on the menu. We did try quite a few apps that I didn't take pics of. Oysters, octopus, both delish but small portions for the price. I wouldn't not recommend it if someone asked specifically about it. The location was great of course as we started our day here and hopped to quite a few places for drinks after.

In town for one night and went here for dinner. The staff was very friendly and my dinner, which was recommended by the bartender was delicious! I will eat here again next time I'm in town!

Only stopped in because of my love for Pimms Cups. Gracie was our server and was awesome, we just had some snacks and while the charcuterie was good honestly a little skimpy for the price point. The wings were spicy but the ranch with them was very tasty. We did get to see some tools at the bar break a Azul bottle trying to ring the bell so that was worth the visit. Very cute place and would be perfect for date night or a special event just a little pricey for a normal outing.

Beef Wellington was good but the beef itself was missing additional marinading for intensifying flavor. But it is British food...so I guess blandness is part of the theme. The accompanying sauce bed was delicious.
