I am glad I found this place. I have roots with BBQ that stem from Oklahoma and Texas. I’ve had some life changing experiences when it comes to BBQ. The service was absolutely fantastic. My drink never went below halfway. The atmosphere was filled with folks smiling and plenty of full bellies. I ended up going with a 3 meat special and chose the following: tri tip/brisket/pulled pork! Trip tip was new to me here being in NorCal only for last three years! I absolutely loved the Tri tip. That was the star of the show!!! The sweet potato fries were fried to a perfection! The corn bread muffin was cooked to a perfect crisp for the muffin top! Who doesn’t love muffin tops???? The smoke flavor in the meat was a bit light for my liking however all of it was super tender!

Mixed review came one day it was off the charts. Next time I came it was flavorless. I don't know what happened

This place is awesome. Best meal that I had on my trip to California this week. It is hidden in a business district, but worth seeking out. They were busy for lunch, but my food was delivered quickly. I had three meats and garlic fries, and all were delicious.

Never had Navy Bean Soup like this before. Shredded chicken, one macaroni noodle and no beans. Bland without lots of pepper, but I heated up at home and polished it off. We'll go back!

Kid-friendliness: GGS had Kids Menu Grilled Cheese and fries. He loved it!

High expectations for this place because recommended as best in Lodi. Although the service from the waiters were superb. The food not so great. The beans had the flavor but sadly undercooked, still hard. Mash potatoes were probably the best thing I tried they used rosemary I think. Lastly, I chose the Tri Trip (they were out of brisket). It had no flavor or seasoning on its own, dry. I had to depend on the BBQ sauce to give it something. Honestly I’m glad I knocked this off my list but would not go again.

Place was packed, understandable.
What was not the best was the waiter never came back to check if we needed anything which we did. Order was not put in right away and waited and waited. Customers who came in after us were being served food. I waived down the waited but was ignored. By the time food came I informed him that I was just about to just leave so that prompted him to complain to the waitress with the black hair pony tail who just kept staring at me. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. WORST SERVICE AND FOOD WAS JUST OK.

After hearing about this place from my hairstylist I decided to stop by for lunch. Had the one meat combo. The ribs had an excellent bbq sauce with lots of meat. The Mac and cheese was nice and creamy with sausage slices. The cornbread muffin was moist and savory. The service was great the employee was ready to leave for the day and he still seated me and took my order which I thought was very nice. Thanks will be back soon when I visit Lodi.

Combination plate for 2, perfect amount for two people to share. It featured pork spare ribs, sliced tri tip, garlic fries and a corn bread.
