Our stars are based on our off-season dinner visit. The food was good; the service excellent - but there were few patrons at that time. We understand that during high-season, the Grille can get crazy busy. We certainly will revisit for lunch on the River.
Steak wasn't cooked to our request. My medium-rare was rare & my wife's medium-well was medium-rare. Server, Kendra was super friendly and quick, but forgot stuff like our water. Nice restaurant but lighting was too bright. Didn't “fit” ambience. If lighting was right, you can see water outside not reflection. I'm happy they renovated. It's nice. Now, it's time to elevate. One last thing - upgrade silverware. If you're going to serve filet mignon, invest in steak knives. The silver ware you use are like my grandmas.
The fries were VERY good. The rest of the food was ok but the rest of our meals were uninspiring. My daughter had a Caesar Salad with Chicken - it was not a side salad but was supposed to the meal salad - It was small and the chicken was not grilled or spiced. One of the ladies has fish and chips - that looked good but was greasy. Anyway all in all, our food was kind of blah. The ambiance was great, I would go back - maybe try a burger this time.
You spend an arm and a leg camping at the RV park and this restaurant has never open as advertised!

We were there for the first time for a birthday party, party of 12. Sabrina and Rachel were great, and very accomodating for our large party. Great experience and definitely will go back.
The server was very sweet. The food was not up to par with the chicken breast on the salad that was chilled from prepackaged food. My husbands steak sandwich had too mostly fat and not too much meat.
All the servers were very friendly. It was a nice relaxing and clean environment. Family friendly!

Walked in and was early for reservation. There is no host manning the desk when you come in. Saw waitstaff and none acknowledged us, didn't make eye contact. Sat down to wait and a waitress walked out with food for a possible door dash and seemed resigned to ask if we had been helped yet. I told her we hadn't and were a bit early. She rather abuptly said, "Your choices are a table or booth", we wanted a window view (reserved) but was fine as they were already taken and we were hungry. Drinks barely had alcohol. Meal was ok, suprised how less food you get for the cost. The ambience is fantastic, just need to work on the waitstaff being a bit more pleasant.
I really liked this place, it was my first time, I only went to the restaurant since it has outdoor tables, unfortunately there was no service for the outside area, but I really enjoyed watching the sunset.

We've been coming here for 40 years. We had had patience through your many transitions. Today , the bright spot was julie who was so friendly , professional and sweet. Our visit, however, was tainted by both Sabrina and Cynthia who were both extremely rude and unaccommodating. The owners need to talk to these women about who the customer is and realize that we do have choices.....

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food is great, the drinks delightful, and the people are wonderful. it has a gorgeous view to boot, get you a cigar and watch that sunset.
Unfortunately, a lot of the customers are belligerent and rude. It's a shame that we as people treat service staff the way we do.
The hostess was an absolute gem, I haven't seen anyone but co-workers in 8 days and she was really polite and had great energy. That set my nerves at ease* and convinced me the wait was worth it.
Then the servers were all absolutely wonderful, despite the fact that they were clearly stressed because it was such a busy time.
The manager in the yellow shirt and the two ladies who kept fielding all of the horrible customers were so adept at their job, I realized that I was just a pretender in customer service, all of the years I worked in it. I could never be as cheery and good at my job as these folks are in the face of such rude customers. I wish I was rich, I'd have left one of those thousand dollar tips they show us on social media.
Take care guys.

I’ll start by saying that the location of this restaurant is amazing, perfect waterfront. However, when I call the day prior, and ask if this restaurant is pet friendly, and I’m told “of course, we are pet friendly on the patio!”, so I go ahead and make a reservation online… then I get to the restaurant after driving 30 minutes, only to be told “yeah only if it’s a service dog can we seat you inside” (which is understandable inside).. but when I said I was told we could seat outside, was told “you can only order takeout food and sit out there, and we can’t serve you drinks and what not”. Mind you there are 20 tables out there on the patio that are empty, and I’m not going to order takeout in a box and get no drinks. So we left, and took business elsewhere, which was a bummer because we were really looking forward to this menu. Also, you can’t serve me and my well behaved dog, but you are okay with shirtless kids running around inside, and kids sprinting around on scooters inside during dinner? Weird.
