Our stars are based on our off-season dinner visit. The food was good; the service excellent - but there were few patrons at that time. We understand that during high-season, the Grille can get crazy busy. We certainly will revisit for lunch on the River.
Steak wasn't cooked to our request. My medium-rare was rare & my wife's medium-well was medium-rare. Server, Kendra was super friendly and quick, but forgot stuff like our water. Nice restaurant but lighting was too bright. Didn't “fit” ambience. If lighting was right, you can see water outside not reflection. I'm happy they renovated. It's nice. Now, it's time to elevate. The fries were VERY good. The rest of the food was ok but the rest of our meals were uninspiring. My daughter had a Caesar Salad with Chicken - it was not a side salad but was supposed to the meal salad - It was small and the chicken was not grilled or spiced. One of the ladies has fish and chips - that looked good but was greasy. Anyway all in all, our food was kind of blah. The ambiance was great, I would go back - maybe try a burger this time.
