West Coast Sourdough - Lodi - Reynold's Ranch

I recently visited Lodi Reynolds Ranch and had some concerns about my meal. The French dip was heavily dressed with house sauce, which overshadowed the flavors of the sandwich. Additionally, the au jus seemed a bit watered down, almost as if it had been prepared from leftovers.

In the past, I've enjoyed dining there 2 to 4 times a month, but unfortunately, this is the second time this month that I found the food to be below my expectations. I believe in supporting local establishments, but I'm feeling hesitant to return and most likely won't at this point because of these experiences.

I appreciate your attention to this feedback and hope for improvements in the future. I'm not asking for a refund or anything like that—just for better food.

Warning, although it seems like you can order the two items (sandwich and soup) on the display like any other sandwich & soup meal. You can’t. The display is quite Deceptive. Staff was quite nice though.

Bathroom is alway locked or door is broken. . Floors are dirty right when they open. Drink machine is broken half the time. The owner doesn’t take care of things.

Food is expensive. One 6" sandwich and a bowl of soup was almost $25. Also the place was filthy. Underneath every table was dirty with lettuce, bread crumbs, etc. and all of the table tops were just about as equally filthy. It's not like the employees were busy. There was only 2 other customers and twice as many employees, but apparently the employees only make sandwiches, not clean anything

Had the Cobb salad. Very good and large portions. Great value.

I recently had the best turkey pesto sandwich I’ve ever tasted. The turkey was fresh, perfectly complemented by a rich, flavorful pesto that really tied the whole sandwich together. The service was good; My sandwich was ready within minutes of ordering. If you’re looking for a quick, delicious meal, this turkey pesto sandwich is a must-try.

Got my other half clam chowder in a bread bowl and I got the French dip. Both were delicious! Prices were reasonable. Ordered online and picked up in store. First time ordering from here. Will definitely go back again!

Visiting from out of town and saw West Coast Sourdough near my location. Really wanted a sandwich and had never heard of this place before. Upon arriving, wasn't greeted and after the person in front of me ordered, the associate walked off. Upon returning, the associate asked me what I wanted...blank faced and cold. She then rushed me through my order and it was apparent she was not very happy or not having a great day. The vibe was off-putting to say the least. Surprisingly, the sandwich I ordered was very good. I'm not sure if I'd return when in the area again. Sadly, I see this poor customer service in many establishments now. Of the three people working there, only one person acknowledged me on my way out. The associate who took my order I never saw again after my order was placed.

Food was pretty good. And that’s about it. The three ladies working never smiled once to anyone. Not one customer got any friendly service. The place was not the cleanest. They acted like they didn’t want to even be there at all. I understand not wanting to be at work but I never let my customers know how I’m feeling. Didn’t even get a welcome in or a Thank You have a nice day. Literally no happiness at all there. I’m glad I got my food to go cause that was the worst atmosphere ever!!! Either they were all arguing with each other or something. Management needs to do something cause nobody wants to be around that type of environment.

EDIT. After 3 weeks of trying to contact as requested in the response, they are ignoring me. Id give this a 0 star review. We ordered online and they didn't even start our order until after we arrived. When they gave us our order they then told us they had no tomatoes, evert sandwich we ordered should have had tomatoes on them. Being an online order the register operator said they couldn't do a refund there. When we opened our order in addition to no tomatoes there was barely any lettuce and two of our sandwiches were inedible due to overly saltiness and slimy texture. While there two other customers with messed up orders as well. Don't bother comingbhere.

Listen this is the best fast food spot in the area I've tried so far. It's fast. It's food. This the first time sitting inside. The floor was dirty under ever table. The bathroom trash is right at the door so you see the previous clientele. You have potential. And I'll change my rating if yall start caring.

Parking: Who ever in lodi designs these lots need to figure it out. Not the companies fault.
