West Coast Sourdough - Lodi - W Kettleman

I tried a sandwich at this location today for the first time. I purchased a #4 combo
Turkey pesto sandwich. It was absolutely fantastic! Excellent bread rolls ? crispy on the outside ,soft inside. Good portions of meat and other ingredients. Hefty sandwich! Way better than subway !

It’s a cute little sandwich shop and the people are the sweetest ever. My food came out very yummy I would definitely eat here again especially their chicken noodle soup!!

We ordered from the car not knowing there were 2 in Lodi as we’re passing through and the lady refused to make the sandwich and had us call the other store they were nice and said they could make the sandwich but the Kettleman store lady was rude and refused so we then called back the other store and they gave us a refund . Very bad customer service and I will never go there again and.

Ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon no chicken. The lady put chicken on it I told her to look at the ticket and it said no chicken she first tried to take off the chicken I told her no I’m vegetarian and can’t have the chicken on the lettuce please make a new one, she claim she did. I get home and what do I find in my salad a piece of chicken!! I went back up there and asked for a manager and refund they told me his not in and they can’t give me a refund but I can get a new salad I’m beyond mad at this point never again will I go there!!

I recently visited West Coast Sourdough under its new management and was pleasantly surprised by the incredible experience. The service is outstanding. Staff is very polite, attentive and friendly. Must visit place if you want to enjoy delicious sandwiches.

Wonderful and declicous food served quickly and neatly. The staff is kind and friendly. Squeaky clean restroom and plenty of seating capacity. Located in large plaza with ample parking spaces.
