I asked for carrots with ranch when i paid for my order, only got carrots. i asked for ranch & the guy said i had to pay. i told him i asked for it at the register, he said i still had to pay. wouldnt have been a big deal if i hadnt already paid for a combo when i specifically had asked for JUST boneless wings.

Wow. This is the WORST service I've ever experienced at any establishment. They gave me the wrong order and I live 40 minutes away from this location. They wanted my sister in law to drive back and get the wings they messed up and then they would give me my correct my order. Are you kidding me? And this is for only 8 wings by the way. Apparently, their company policy does not care to accommodate customers for THEIR mistakes. Check your orders before you leave folks! Even though you shouldn't have to!!

Wingstop took over an hour to give us the wrong food. We live 40 minutes away and when we got home we noticed it was wrong. We had a roommate go back to tell them and they would not replace the wings without us returning all the food. They also told us if we wanted to pay for new wings we would have to wait for 20 orders ahead of us even though they made the mistake. They said it was company policy. I think it should be company policy to make the correct order and if you don't you should correct your mistake. Worst customer service.

I have come here twice and both times the food was not seasoned well and food was missing. They were not busy enough to be messing up orders.

I get they’re understaffed and it gets busy but just cause they’re in a rush and stressed out cause they’re understaffed does not mean it’s okay to be rude to the customers I work in retail and I know working in the food industry and retail industry are two different things but you deal with customers and you should know how to be professional especially when it’s busy. Either they need more people or new people 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was Valentines Day. I knew they would be busy, so I placed an online order to be ready in 35 minutes. They didn't even start it till I got there to pick up. So I had to wait an extra 30 min. Took an hr to cook 16 wings and fries.

I hardly ever order wings and when I do i very much look forward to having some good FRESH and HOT wings and fries. I ordered on The Wingstop App this evening and I got a simple 6 piece combo. I chose lemon pepper and Original Hot as my two flavors. I eagerly awaited for the arrival of my wings and when I open up my wings box I immediately was disappointed, discouraged and a little irritated. My lemon pepper wings had ZERO lemon pepper seasoning on them. They oooked like PLAIN wings. I’ve experienced this the last FEW times. I always get the 6 piece combo with half Lemon Pepper and Orignal hot. And my lemon pepper almost NEVER had ANY seasoning on them?!! Are the cooks not even looking at what they put into the boxes before shoving them the a bag??? I’m not surprised whatsoever about the 3.3 star rating. I know Wingstop can make good wings. But it’s so disappointing when I received my NONSEASONED wings and my cold and soggy fries. I understand that I ordered my food a little late in the night but still no excuse to get lazy and package unseasoned wings.

Be sure to place your order 2 days in advance and even then be ready to wait an extra 20 minutes when you go pick it up. Theres no organization here, no management and careless employees. Good luck.

Despite the business and large crowd of people and many many orders the employees were quick and tried to get everyone’s order completed thoroughly and in a timely matter as much as they could. After about 30 minutes waiting an employee clocked out for their shift but they kept hustling and making sure everyone was served and names were checked! I hope management does a better job with scheduling so that the employees on the clock are not stressing and feeling overwhelmed. Thank you for the service!

General manager, David, was pleasant from the phone order to the store. Friday night, they're busy as expected. David and his team were handling it extremely well with no sign of frustration. Just working smoothly with getting everything out. Not everyone understands the service industry, and David handled them with respect, every single one. ?
