The service isn't bad, it's slow. But the food made up for it. I was about to leave a 1 star, but after eating and remembering why I love this place, it was worth the wait. Took about 35 minutes to get our food. It was hot and tasty.

I ordered a simple meal of wings and tenders 1.5 hrs before I showed up to get them off work. My meal wasn't ready at all, walk in orders were done before mine and there was a full crew. Wow.

I had a truly frustrating experience with my recent online order pickup at the Lodi location, right next to Costco. I was given a specific pickup time, but upon arrival and checking in, I was told it would be just 5 more minutes. That quick wait turned into an additional 25 minutes! It's incredibly disappointing to be given inaccurate information and then left to wait for so long, especially when you've planned your day around a specific pickup time. This kind of delay and miscommunication is simply unacceptable. I will never visit this location again for an online order.

Went for dinner which I knew was a mistake. I decided to order inside. Three employees passed me before someone actually stopped to help me. I placed my order and waited almost 45minutes. When I checked in for my order they hadn’t even made it. In fact they didn’t even know where my order was. I just got a refund and left. It was honestly some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself the hassle order online then at least you can get something after waiting 45 minutes or just go somewhere else.

Today I went in and I set there for 45 minutes. Waiting for them to cook 20 wings. I get home. They're not even hot so I probably will never go back there again only because this is not the first time. This is like the second time, and the manager was all good at refunding my money. But the food and the time I waited was not good

I asked for carrots with ranch when i paid for my order, only got carrots. i asked for ranch & the guy said i had to pay. i told him i asked for it at the register, he said i still had to pay. wouldnt have been a big deal if i hadnt already paid for a combo when i specifically had asked for JUST boneless wings.

Wow. This is the WORST service I've ever experienced at any establishment. They gave me the wrong order and I live 40 minutes away from this location. They wanted my sister in law to drive back and get the wings they messed up and then they would give me my correct my order. Are you kidding me? And this is for only 8 wings by the way. Apparently, their company policy does not care to accommodate customers for THEIR mistakes. Check your orders before you leave folks! Even though you shouldn't have to!!

Wingstop took over an hour to give us the wrong food. We live 40 minutes away and when we got home we noticed it was wrong. We had a roommate go back to tell them and they would not replace the wings without us returning all the food. They also told us if we wanted to pay for new wings we would have to wait for 20 orders ahead of us even though they made the mistake. They said it was company policy. I think it should be company policy to make the correct order and if you don't you should correct your mistake. Worst customer service.

I get they’re understaffed and it gets busy but just cause they’re in a rush and stressed out cause they’re understaffed does not mean it’s okay to be rude to the customers I work in retail and I know working in the food industry and retail industry are two different things but you deal with customers and you should know how to be professional especially when it’s busy. Either they need more people or new people 🤷🏻‍♀️
