Whoever you guys have working drive through tonight 11/14 /25 10:31pm name isaiah. r was very rude over charged me for my food and didn't let me talk he closed the wimdow on me I asked for spicy ketchup 3 times he said its in the bag and slammed the window shut i get home there is no spicy ketchup inbthe bag we ordered a twin kitchen and a taco on the side and it was 17.39 very rude and unprofessional drink had ice to the top as well you guys should hire people with better customer service we did not be rude or take long ordering nothing like that wont be choosing this location any more and I suggest no one else does neither

Avoid the drive thu at all costs. You have to check every item in the bag, including the burgers. Order a bacon double and got nothing but bread and meat.

They only want you to use the kiosk computer to order your food. It's terrible. it takes longer to order than them taking your order. Drive thru probably best bet.

I got 2 bean and cheese burritos I was pleasantly surprise it was good. See since.pandemic their bean and cheese burrito were now less in beans and watery so I stop eating them. I was at doctors and decoded to drive at this location on the way home and glad I now know when I can have a bakers good burrito. My bakers where I live taste nasty.

They just put a new kiosk to order yourself. It is the must user friendly kiosk. There is just one of them. The people inside do not want help if you ask any questions.

Bakers burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches are always hot and fresh. And the fries NEVER disappoint! Must try! Bakers make my top 3 burger joints. In-N-out. HABIT, & BAKERS :) When craving a burger , nothing comes close to these.

The wrong food was put in our bag. Three employees were arguing prior to taking our order. The male manager was very short and rude.
I guess they don't offer their customers utensils or even napkins in the drive thru. I ordered a rice cup with fries, but no damn spoon or fork to eat this real quick for my lunch break, thanks Carly smh !

Just slow I swear, I went twice just to get my Cali burrito remade because it had no onions, mind ya I said no beans both times, No beans and still no onions smh I’m in my car pissed making this review , and the stake meat is salty as hell

Ask for green sauce on a bean burrito. There is no green sauce. I asked for some on the side because I already paid extra to add it to my burrito when I bought it. They gave me a little cup with a lid on it, and it was about 1/8 full.

UNBELIEVABLE how long it took to place an order! It is now a kiosk to place order in-dining. Took everyone a LONG time to figure it out. Staff seemed annoyed if we asked for help. Took over 10 minutes to get order.
