They just put a new kiosk to order yourself. It is the must user friendly kiosk. There is just one of them. The people inside do not want help if you ask any questions.

Bakers burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches are always hot and fresh. And the fries NEVER disappoint! Must try! Bakers make my top 3 burger joints. In-N-out. HABIT, & BAKERS :) When craving a burger , nothing comes close to these.

I guess they don't offer their customers utensils or even napkins in the drive thru. I ordered a rice cup with fries, but no damn spoon or fork to eat this real quick for my lunch break, thanks Carly smh !

Just slow I swear, I went twice just to get my Cali burrito remade because it had no onions, mind ya I said no beans both times, No beans and still no onions smh I’m in my car pissed making this review , and the stake meat is salty as hell

Ask for green sauce on a bean burrito. There is no green sauce. I asked for some on the side because I already paid extra to add it to my burrito when I bought it. They gave me a little cup with a lid on it, and it was about 1/8 full.

UNBELIEVABLE how long it took to place an order! It is now a kiosk to place order in-dining. Took everyone a LONG time to figure it out. Staff seemed annoyed if we asked for help. Took over 10 minutes to get order.

Staff is friendly, but food took a long time to be prepared, even with a near empty restaurant. Decor is dated. The food was fine, but too expensive for what you get. $62 for five people.

Asked the Server Technician if all sauces for (2) 6-piece nuggets and (1) 10-piece nuggets were in the bag. She said "Yes." I asked again are you sure. She said an affirmative "Yes." and shaking her head with it. As I'm on the highway, about 2 miles away and not turning back, my son reached in the bag for (1) lonely sauce.

On a positive note ?, I was able to use points to obtain a free ice cream that dropped through the cracked cone because the same Service Technician forgot to give me a napkin.

Oh what joy this experience has brought me ??.
