I had the garlic wings and personally I love the flavor and how crispy the were on a scale those two elements give it a 10/10. I would recommend getting boneless same experience more chicken and it's the same price all of which I realized after I got my wings. The service is good compared to when they first opened but it still has a long wait for getting your order. We came when it wasn't busy at all and it's was a 25-30 minute wait. Definitely pricier too then other Korean fried chicken places. In LA we paid less for more but in terms of flavor and crunchiness this place is better

The food is excellent. The owner reached out and apologized for the bad CX and explained they had issues with 3rd party orders. I've been back a few times and always called ahead. Best wings in town!

The flavor and texture of the chicken is very good. The customer service is excellent. The price for the portion sizes bring the rating down. If you don't mind the sizes then you'll love this place. Great atmosphere. Honestly a hidden gem.

Well we already know Korean fried chicken is the superior chicken... but am I thankful we have one now in Loma Linda! I got the family pack sooo the whole chicken half plain and half with their secret sauce. Needless to say they were both fire and you couldn't have just one or the other. The pickled radish created a nice balance as well with every chicken bite. Location has limited parking so make sure to be patient while you wait for parking. Service doesn't have much to offer. Staff is there for all needs but they don't go above and beyond. I don't see myself eating there but place is clean and looks nice. I love the outdoor lights. Gives the place and plaza more character. Regardless, will obviously be back for more!

I've tried several other bb.q Chicken spots and this place does not disappoint! I got the boneless honey garlic sauce and secret sauce for my two chicken choices, and they were perfectly savory and sweet. I also got rosé tteokbokki without cheese, and it was creamy and had a good spice (but was not spicy!). During the middle of eating a server came up saying that the cook dropped one of our chickens in the kitchen so we didn't have the complete chicken count. He then handed us a complimentary sweet potato fries box. I respect the integrity of the staff The fries were not very salty and had a good crunch. As my friend said, "It did what it needed to do." We sat down inside to eat and the tables and bathroom were also very clean!

ordered a rose Ddeok-Bokki and they gave us a different flavor, the rice cakes were very undercooked and our chicken was cold and overall everything was not good

The food is good. I would give it 4 stars if it was a 10 piece order with a side and drink for the wings. All chicken orders whole chicken or wings only come with 8 pieces. That is understandable for the whole chicken but the wings I feel should be a 10 piece. Also got four star because you can't mix up to two flavors per order of chicken you can only have one flavor per order. The chicken is a 9/10 the breading is crispy, could be more crispy but it's good and the wings are tender inside. Must falls off of the bone. The sauces are 9/10. The ranch is 8/10 not as good as Wingstop ranch but they do give you more than Wingstop in one container. Usually I buy 2 ranch but I only need 1.

service is awful. The two cashier girls in the front just talked and talked about their plans to go out while food is sitting up in the front. I had to go and ask if my order was ready after waiting 45 mins because they never called out the name. Food was cold by the time I got it and overall very annoying. Overall taste is good, no fault to the cooks but customer service can be improved specially for the price we're paying for some chicken .

It was everything I thought it would be and more . Just ultimate flavor and crunchiness. Service was great, they let us know it would be like a 30 min wait because they cook everything fresh to order. I understood and respected that. Well worth the wait. Will go again.

Didn’t know you had to ask for extra sauce when there was no sauce on the chicken. Manager is disrespectful person that doesn’t get it. Overpriced KFC , wont be

As someone that is a huge fan of Korean fried chicken, and as someone that has gone to other BBQ chicken locations, I was really glad that a location closer to home opened up. Unfortunately, this location does not live up to the food quality and service standards I’ve experienced at other locations.I walked in and was greeted by the register girl who was dressed in literal pajamas. I attempted to order half boneless and half bone in, which they have on their menu, but the worker said it’s not possible to get either bone in or boneless because it will be mixed and matched. Okay. That’s a bit weird as other locations were able to filter the bone in/boneless pieces, but whatever.Ordered my food and sat down and noticed there isn’t any real utensils as everything about this location is designed for takeout. It took about 30 mins to get my food. The chicken was OKAY, but was too heavily breaded and there was more breading and bone than actual meat. Felt a bit peeved that I spent a lot to eat mostly breading and bone. One of the orders had a wet sauce over the chicken and at other locations they completely drench the chicken. I’ll let you look at the picture and tell me if that’s enough sauce. This place is stingy with their sauce and their chicken is no where near the quality of other BBQ chicken restaurants. I won’t be returning.

Really big portions, I was honestly surprised since I'm used to eating at Buffalo wild wings or wingstop. So I thought 16 boneless wings was not enough for me and my wife. Boy was I wrong and I am happy to say that they blew my mind. The secret sauce is good but I just wish they were spicier. Maybe I'll go back and get something spicier, but I'm going back for sure.
