I used to prefer Carl's over the other fast food joints, but the quality has gone down while the prices go up. Just like every other fast food place. When will Americans learn that you will get better food for about the same price from a mom and pop restaurant and put all of the fast food places out of business?

Get people that understand the language to work there. The employer at the speaker this morning struggled to understand my order as her English was not the best. I attempted to clarify my order, multiple times, at the order window, and at the pick up window. But the language barrier was just too much for her to understand that she was not giving me what I was ordering, though she thought she was. It just sucks to struggle to order fast food. Please have the staff taking orders the ones who comprehend the language best.
