I've been buying from Dessert Anatomy for years, so when it came to my 18th debut birthday cake, I knew I wanted to have it made by Dessert Anatomy ! I got three large sheet cakes to serve 150 guests and one custom two-tier heart-shaped cake, all made of red velvet with red and white vintage-style decorations, without nuts to accomdate my friends with nut allergies. Everyone loved the cake and said it was very moist without being overly sweet. Many were also surprised that the heart cake was real because of it's intricate details and how it held its shape as a tall cake in the heat during my outdoor party. Every year my family gifts our neighbors holiday cakes, and they've enjoyed them every year. So, I would recommend buying cakes and other desserts from Dessert Anatomy for every occasion.

Superb desserts!

One of my favorite's is the Ube Cheesecake. I love Ube (purple taro) and cheesecake , but together it's even better. From what I've tried, nothing was too sweet but had great flavor. The staff and owners are so nice .

My cake on all our occassions! My kids love their cake especially the moist chocolate! Delicious, not too sweet and very affordable! Janine always cater my last minute orders.

Recently visited Loma Linda and had the chance to try Dessert Anatomy's ube cake.. oh boy! It looks so beautiful that you won't even want to slice it and it tastes so heavenly that it will take a lot of control not to finish it by yourself. I just wish i live nearby so i can try all of their masterpieces. It is passion and talent put into a cake! Highly recommended!

I got to try the ensaymada and ube cake, and wow, they were amazing! The ube cake was especially awesome – so moist, perfectly sweet and creamy. Totally recommend it! Shoulda taken a picture first, I didn't think it'd disappear so quickly.
