ordered a blended caramel frappe taste like pure coffee with ice when I asked for extra caramel due to not liking the coffee taste and the owner had a problem when I came back for something else I which was less than what I paid

I usually order the Lox Bengal sandwich, which typically comes with capers, onions, and tomatoes. However, when I received my sandwich, I was surprised to find that it was made with salmon, cream cheese, and a bagel, but it did not include tomato, red onion, or capers. I called the store to inquire about the mix-up, and the owner told me that I would need to pay an extra $5 for those options. This is strange to me, as I have been ordering the same sandwich for 3 years. Nonetheless, this experience was disappointing.
