had lunch with my parents yesterday, while we were eating, it seemed like the employee was tired, and I could see why since the young man was the only one the line. as the manger and two older women were the back laughing. no wonder our food took so long to get out. as she left outside to talk to her friends I would guess. other customers seemed very irritated. never eat at this place! they don't seem to care about their employees or customers.
Really bad service i got sandwiches and the bread had mold , went back to return it and they had this teenager working that as soon as u go in they tell you is a 30 minutes wait what the hell to make sandwiches well they told they could not do nothing regarding the sandwiches with mold bread because there was no manager, to come back tomorrow to get a free sandwiches it wont be free bc i pay for it, stupid worker i need my money and the free sandwiches and never go back to this place they need to have a manager to make sure the worker do there job and to make sure this does not happen, people could get sick.

this place needs to be shut down ASAP not only is this place unsanitary the management is terrible. that white bihh is very rude and condescending she shouldn’t be managing anybody. also there’s flies in the cajun mayo. not to mention i’ve heard the owner will pick up food off the ground and put it back to not be “wasteful” beware eating here or don’t. maybe the board of health and labor needs to look into this bc how can you run a store like this. HAVE SOME SHAME

I normally hate leaving negative reviews. Two things....from learning about this business from their employees. Be careful about eating here...they do not follow food safety procedures especially when maggots have been found.Another thing, do not work for this company either. The managers have zero clue at how to run an establishment and treat it like it's an extension of High School. Several employees have left due to the sanitation conditions and how they have been treated. They edit hours of their employees which is highly illegal and the Owners response is that he has good lawyers. As someone who has worked in the food industry and it has really burned my soul on how they mistreat their employees. These are the same people who will claim that no one wants to work while power tripping on them.This business is supposed to reflect the Firehouse of hard working men and women who fight so hard to keep people safe?! I would not recommend this business at all. This is after knowing about this business for the last 2 years and even trying their food. I have watched their employees as they interacted with each other. I gave it one star because there are no zero stars.I do hope they can clean up their business model, before they lose all their senior employees. New employees get mistreated and blamed for their lack of training while their managers are constantly late.Be careful about eating or working here.

Went here yesterday night. Order 2 subs, one medium on wheat, Italian and one large on wheat build your own. They completely made the build your own wrong and I feel like it's because I asked for extra dressing on it and the employee gave me this off look. I'm so disappointed. It was my second time ever coming here and I'm never coming back again. I simply asked for chicken breast on wheat bread, added bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber and bell pepper. Substituted mayo and deli mustard for honey mustard & peppered ranch.. When I got my order it had white not wheat bread. They didn't add cucumber or bell pepper and didn't even add any dressing at all. It was around closing time so I couldn't go back... The Italian was made correctly but not the other one...

I noticed papers in both of my sandwiches that was used in between cheese slides. They also got my order wrong and put random ingredients that I did not ask for/asked to take out.

Their sandwiches are a bit expensive but they pack them with twice as much meat and cheese than Subway. IMO they're also a bit better than the other chains. Plus, they support local fire stations.I just wish they were closer to my area so I could visit more often.
