I was waiting in the dry tour i wanna make my order and then he told me to wait 1 second and literally it took like more than a minute and he never even answer me at I went into the window. And then they told me that I cannot getting my order by the window. Terrible service for a customer.That's why always look empty

Never seem to have anything in stock! Constantly having to adjust my order or they just don’t give me the food I pay for. Unsure why this location has so many issues but it definitely makes the KFC brand look terrible. Order more stock, and train your employees better.

Unprofessional staff and rude, sold my family burnt chicken. When ask for a manager pretended to be one name Amber then claim that Amber left at 7pm but called the store at 8..... and kept giving a run around about who is who and made a simple transaction an unnecessary hassle. Wouldn't waste your time with this location. Gregory the supposed correct manager at the time wasn't much help either.

This KFC location told us to place our order through the app because the employee didn’t have time to redeem points. So we did — but then the very rude young lady working the drive-thru told us to leave and come back because we were holding up her line. We only did what she told us to do. She was extremely rude and should not be working in customer service. I will not visit this location again.
