Disgustingly kept place all around. Staff are unprofessional and aren't trained properly. Will make food before-hand and let it go cold so that they're not having to constantly make food fresh and be as busy as they should be. You may be eating food thats been sitting out for an hour.

Terrible service!! We got told to pull around and wait for our food and after waiting about 20 minutes, we finally went inside to check and they didn’t even know we had ordered. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer any support.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken meal today and an extra mash potatoes they charged me $64 and only gave me 8 pieces of chicken! Didn’t drive back because they didn’t give me a receipt ! Sad you have to double check Everything before leaving the drive thru! It’s not the first time they’ve ripped me off! Either Never Again you guys are crooks!😡

Ordered online, got there, was told to wait 5 min, I waited in the parking lot, went over once the 5 min were up, and was told to wait 5 more min, I waited for 15min, then she almost forgot my drink, and to top it off they forgot my sauce, and the biscuit was crushed :(

Ordered through Door Dash. The food is old, the condiments were missing, and there weren’t any utensils. After being in the hospital for 4 doors, I just wanted some decent food.

I ordered Doordash here at 9pm when they close at 11pm. I only ordered 10 pieces of chicken and then some nuggets, strips, 8 biscuits and 2 sides. I get a call from the DoorDash driver saying that they were out of everything. How does KFC, Kentucky Fried Chicken run out of chicken. As somebody who managed in fastfood for many years the manager here obviously has no business in management if they are unable to do a task as simple as ordering a truck right. Ordering trucks is one of the easiest tasks for a manager in this industry. All I can do is shake my head.

Ordered this menu item. The cost was $27. Got home and realized they never inserted the sauces lol. Didn't feel like driving back. Good thing I at least had ketchup at home. Was it worth what I paid. Absolutely not. Would I return, no. Next time I'll drive a few miles out and grab some In N Out or something else.
