Wetzels Pretzels/ La Michoacana ice cream parlor

The girl that works there in the afternoon was very rude & had a really bad attitude. We went in to get a fresas con crema & a ice cream scoop. But she accidentally charged 2 instead of one so we told her & she got so mad she started slamming doors & when she gave me my ice cream scoop in a cup i asked for chocolate styrup & when she added the syrup she put way to much that it started to leak all iver the place lol. Than she disappears for like 10 min, we leave & we waited outside to see if she will come out & she did 😂 she was waiting for us to leave so she can come out again. I need my 10$ back!!!! lol wouldn’t recommend this spot to no one

Satisfied our pretzel craving without having to go to the mall! Had to wait a bit for pretzel bitz but totally worth it. The young lady behind the counter provided great customer service.

This location is absolutely horrible, the food is left sitting out to the point it's gross and inedible. The girls who work at the pretzel side are rude and unprofessional. The owner must be a cheapskate because he approves selling disgusting food. If you value your stomach, please do not eat here!!!

The pretzel from here was great it was slightly crispy and perfect salt the guy that took my order was nice it was a pleasant visit.

***Poor Customer Service*** Showed up and was told sorry they stopped baking at 7pm and don’t have any more pretzels. Well if you stopped baking at 7pm maybe you should have closed by 7pm. Super disappointed and won’t be back at this location ever again. This is a poor example of employees not wanting to bake 2 extra pretzels and do there job. So disappointing

This Location is Closed & the number is wrong it calls to a driffrent Michocana in a driffrent city

Made a pick up order thru doordash.....arrived at the store and all the doors were locked.

Update your hours. Just drove for no reason. Bad customer service.

Great flavors, friendly family like service and atmosphere.

I bought 2 corns to go and they were both old and overcooked. They were so hard and dry. I didn't realize until I got back home and had to throw them away. They reminded me of the hard corn that used to feed pets. The ice creams looked good.
