Love this place, been going here for years. I noticed there has been a recent management change and new updated look. We all purchased the premium sushi and it was amazing, unfortunately service has slipped a bit. Getting sushi and having to wait for ginger and wasabi paste is never ok in my book. Last thing, why have music playing and a random TV channel on, does not add anything to the atmosphere.

I think they need more staff.. long wait for orders- didn’t even get the usual ginger and wasabi for our vegetable roll, had to remind server we need small bowls for soy sauce at least. Not our first time- but this was the not so good experience. Was served only half of the salmon collar appetizer- so the late half of the order has to be brought home because it took a while to be served. Food is good- just need more servers i think..

We ordered vegetable gyoza, edamame, Inari, and two handrolls. There was meat in our “vegetable” gyoza, the edamame was cold, the avocado in the handroll was hard/not ripe, the Inari was fine… but that would be hard to mess up.. just a tofu pocket with rice. Extremely underwhelming and disappointing given the price. For the same price there’s better options in the area.

AYCE is delicious and the best in the area as there is no limits on rounds. Service is very friendly and the vibe is intimate. The price is fair for what you get and Although it is a little cramped and also the rest of the strip mall is kind of a dump this is the best sushi in town and in my opinion the best sushi off the 10 freeway heading east bound until Arizona.

A friend took me here 2 weeks ago, and I've already been back, and plan to go next week again. Delicious, high quality nigiri, and perfectly executed rolls. AYCE is a great deal, and there's always new items to try. All of my friends love it here, and the whole experience beats any of the sushi spots I've been to in LA.

This is one of your quintessential hole-in-the-wall Japanese restaurants. It's location is easy to miss. I actually drove past twice because it is so conspicuous. Parking is difficult because of how small the strip mall is. The food was amazing. We opted for their lunch specials. There are many options as far as your proteins are concerned. The combo comes with edamame, miso soup and salad. Quite a good deal if you ask me. Next time, we will try the sushi and rolls too. The sashimi pieces that came with my combo were nice and fresh, so I'm sure their sushi will not disappoint!
