They do not pay action to you when you speak at all.
My name is Andrew. I went thru your drive thru Wednesday the 10th at 2:40 pm. I asked twice when ordering to please make sure my food is hot due to being cold the last time. Upon getting my food it was cold. I was asked to move toward. I said no cause I was forgotten about once and was late getting back to work.
